research in an effective manner, The Grand Brighton is chosen as the base company. It is a
hospitality company which was designed by John Whichcord Jr. and developed in the year 1864.
The top management team of the company adopted different strategic approaches so they can
perform all their work in an effective manner. Along with this, it will help the company in
improving and enhancing their performance and productivity at the competitive marketplace.
This as a result it will develop positive and strong brand image of the company among the
individuals.

Current research is conducted to understand the strategic approaches used by researcher for
managing talent within the organisation in an effective manner. It assists in enhancing the
knowledge which are related with the approaches and techniques of talent management. In the
existing research, an investigation is done from the point of professional and personal point of
view. This will assist an individual in order to improve their skills and knowledge on the topic of
talent management whereas in case of professional, this research is conducted to avoid any sort
