This research project is based on Sheraton Hotel which is one of the leading hotel chain that
offers high quality services at global level. This report covers aim and objectives of project,
research methodologies utilised, cost, access and ethical considerations of performing research.
Apart from this, it includes data analysis and interpretation and communication of research
outcomes appropriately to intended audience. At last, reflection on effectiveness of applied
