It is quite essential for a good researcher is to utilize the best and most effective as well as
useful research methodologies that put positive impact on their work in term of obtaining desire
outcomes. Like others, I had also utilized varied forms of research approaches for purpose of
achieving set aims and objectives of this research, which is important for me to do so. I want to
share my personal experience that I had gained while taking initiatives in project management
procedure. For example, I had developed my understanding regarding techniques and methods
that most of the organizations has been used to overcome the negative impact of challenges that
they faced during procedure of recruitment and employee retention at workplace. I had
developed better comprehending about sampling and data analysis or interpretation that will help
in the future, while conducting research based on other topics in effective and systematic
manner.

skills and key competencies.
Furthermore, they can take initiative to develop more strategies, which is quite essential
and beneficial for human resource management and manager to do in appropriate
manner. Performance appraisal is the best approach that has been utilized in the world of
business, by many companies, whether it is small or large, private or public in varied
manner. It makes HR manager capable to gain the attention and retain skilled candidates
who are able to develop creative content and marketing plans that supermarket utilize in
the future for purpose of generating brand awareness and increasing profitability more
than other brands in the retail sector.

can take into their consideration, which enable them to retain talented employees within
