another cause to choose this study is that it assists in fulfilling two perspectives:
professional and personal. In personal approach different strategies of talent
management are used to adopt these in my personality. The next advantage with this
research is that to understand the impact of talent management in performance of
employees and learn about these impact for future use in my professional career that
would help me to get success. It has improved my understanding and learning skills
that would help me in my future work.
