This research proposal investigates effective talent management strategies, using ASDA as a case study. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of talent management strategies for business success, addressing research objectives such as understanding the concept of effective talent management, examining challenges faced by ASDA in the absence of such strategies, and identifying potential strategies. The proposal outlines the research questions, rationale, literature sources, activities, timescales, research approach, and methodologies. The researcher plans to use a quantitative approach, employing deductive reasoning and a descriptive research design. Data will be collected primarily through questionnaires, with a sample of 30 ASDA employees. The proposal includes a Gantt chart detailing the project timeline and milestones, ensuring a structured approach to the research.
