in the organisation. The relevant information is used and the data results are reliable. The
information is collected through random sampling from the employees of Sainsbury and
communicating with them for collection of data was a difficult task for me. I worked on my
communication skills to talk to the employees and I studied various methods to conduct the
research successfully. I understood the situation of Sainsbury and then talked with employees to
make the strategies that are beneficial for the organisation. This research helped me to know
about my weakness and then also worked upon them. The research helped me to develop my
practical knowledge and improve my decision making skills.

I conducted the research by following the research methodology and in a fair way so as the
strategies suggested can help the organisation to manage the talent so as to retain the employees
in the organisation.
