it can be highly helpful in leading towards the attainment of a wide range of goals and objectives in the short-
term, medium-term and long-term in the future. Thus, it is quite important for the HR managers that they are
able to make the use of different types of strategies and methods which can help in ensuring the best use of
talent in a right way. HR department thus needs to focus at using the best strategies and methods possible for
the purpose of Talent Management. For this report, Sainsbury's has been chosen. It is a British Company which
focuses on providing a wide range of goods and services to the people in the market. In this report, a detailed
and specific focus will be made on Establishment of Project Aims and Objectives, Conducting of Research,

Project is able to meet out the goals and objectives in the future in the right manner (Johnston, 2018).
For this purpose, the use of a detailed Gantt Chart has to be made. It can be helpful so that the project
