INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the continuous process that evolves in attracting and retaining high
skilled and talented employees, developing their skills and constantly encourages them to
improve their performance. This research topic has wide scope in current and future scenario
because most of the companies are adopting talent management strategies and will adopt in
future (Mupepi, ed., 2017). This research assignment will act as reference project for all
companies which will implement talent management strategies in future. In this research project
will discuss about impact of talent management strategies that use by Tesco to attract and retain
employees in the company. it will include issues that faced by Tesco while adoption of talent
management strategies in this research project which will support other companies to understand
depth of issue then they will enable to take effective practices to deal with identified issues.
Thus, this research project is important for the all companies across the world. In this research
assignment will use effective methods i.e. qualitative method to collect and interpret information
related to research.
