 Talent management is a process by which enterprise and organizations recognise or
develop talented candidates who can have positive impact on business in terms of
productivity and profitability. It has become key component of HR management but also
have a responsibility of manager and leaders at mange to different talent level within
organization. An effective strategies related talent management applicable in business
process that will increase overall productivity as well as profitability in marketplace.
