Introduction
Training and development of the process of making opportunities for the employees and
provides them direction to perform a work within business. By having training and development
options, many of the employees enhance their skill and knowledge and it helps in development
of the employees within the company. Training and development sessions helps the talented
employees in managing their talents and enhancing their skills as well (Pérez-Ordás, Nuviala,
and Fernández-MartÃnez, 2021). The organisation selected within this report is Morrisons which
is one of the largest retail company and it is offering their products and services at limited prices.
Further, this report includes research aims and objectives, literature review, research
methodology and data analysis etc. to collect data and information.

team members with using power point decks, listen to the training methods and the video content
etc. The next training method is social media networks as in this people less than age of 25

investigator is using literature review and survey. Literature review is used for completing this
research and this helps in getting theoretical knowledge about a given topic. Further it is
presented by analysing books and journals and existing articles by different authors. Also, survey
is conducted through questionnaire in order to get reliable information by the use of statistical
informational and data (Felker, McGinn, and Morrison, 2021). There is a use of graphs and
tables etc. to get true interpretation.
