Introduction
Training and development of the process of making opportunities for the employees and
provides them direction to perform a work within business. By having training and development
options, many of the employees enhance their skill and knowledge and it helps in development
of the employees within the company. Training and development sessions helps the talented
employees in managing their talents and enhancing their skills as well (Pérez-Ordás, Nuviala,
and Fernández-Martínez, 2021). The organisation selected within this report is Morrisons which
is one of the largest retail company and it is offering their products and services at limited prices.
Further, this report includes research aims and objectives, literature review, research
methodology and data analysis etc. to collect data and information.
Aim : The current study aims to assess the importance of the training & development
