research methodologies. In order to analyse data there are two methods which are available with
the researcher that are primary and secondary type of data analysis. Both of them forms a part of
qualitative and quantitative research method. The accuracy of the data define the significance of
research it is essential to select a good method for data analysis. The the evaluation of both types
of data analysis is given below:
Primary: Primary method of data analysis is a method in which data is collected with the
help of personal visit and making contracts with various people and groups in the market.
Primary method of Data analysis is very necessary to get accurate reliable and relevant data for a
research. It is a little bit time and cost checking but it is a good method data to be used for
accurate information in data analysis. For the purpose of primary research a researcher used
questionnaire and survey which collect quantitative information to provide clear presentation of
data. In this research primary method is used by selecting number of employees from the
employees of the organisation and gets the questionnaire filled by them to complete this
research.
Secondary: Secondary source of data analysis is used in a research to collect data with the
help of articles journals and books to get relevant outcome off the research. This method is less
time consuming and costly taking but requires a proper and in-depth study for the topics to
provide literature review of different authors. This research also used secondary sources in
various manners by collecting the information for the literature review of the project. This source
is a part of qualitative type of Data Collection because it does not contain any kind of past
records and numbers which is heart to be measured.

best advantage of using this analysis is that it is measured in numbers which can be modified as
per the requirements of future.
Data analysis:
Data analysis defines suitable way of utilising and collecting data to fulfil the aims and
objectives of a research. On the first stage data has been collected and on the second it has been
analysed to provide suitable findings for the research. Data analysis is a process which includes
collection analyzing and interpretation of information which is is collected with the help of
research methodologies. In order to analyse data there are two methods which are available with
