based on Bentley Motors that is automobile manufacturing firm and was established on 1919
with their services worldwide. The report comprises of project plan, its execution and reflection
for small scale research.

have relevant strategy through which they can attain as well as attract ample of employees for

making enhanced interpretation which further aided within attaining desired results effectively
and efficiently. In regard of this, the project tends to accomplish the prominent knowledge and
understanding regarding the talent strategies which is useful in order to attract large number of
individuals in terms of having effective functioning and running of company. Besides this, the
overall objective of report is to improve the functioning of company by retaining talented and
skilled employees by offering effective motivation to them which is useful in terms of having
effective growth of company. Moreover, the overall research went well by undertaking the
perspective and opinion of various respondents which is useful in terms of having developing
strategies from the expert viewpoint in order to retain employees of company by considering
their overall growth. In terms of this, at the time of carrying forward the research I tends to face
lot of problems that can become major barrier in the functioning of investigation including
shortage of time, as by this I somehow messed up various task to each other that tends to make
research quite critical to understand and face difficulties in terms of getting findings. From the
above report, I learnt that it is important to retain workforce by having proper research as they
are the important asset of company which is useful in increasing sales and profitability and also
helps in smooth functioning.
Conclusion
From above, it can be concluded that, management of small business depends on various
strategies that are executed for attainment of targets as well as standardised goals within effectual
manner. In case of talent management, it is necessary that firm hire potential candidate and
develop the relevant strategies for retaining them for longer duration of time. For attracting and
retaining employees for longer duration of time, it is important that the efforts made by them are
