This research project investigates the significance of talent management strategies within Hilton Hotel, evaluating their role in organizational success, particularly in light of the challenges posed by COVID-19. The research aims to determine the importance of talent management, analyze the impact of COVID-19 on the organization, and review effective talent management strategies. It explores key literature sources and precedents to support these objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development. The project also includes an ethics approval form, detailing research methods, participant recruitment, data storage, and ethical considerations. The study uses both primary and secondary research methods, including surveys of Hilton Hotel employees. The findings and recommendations provide insights into how Hilton Hotel can enhance its talent management practices to achieve sustainable success.
