one of the important factor in the organisation that help for achieving sustainable success
(Sánchez-Ibáñez, Guerrero-Romera and Miralles-Martínez, 2021). The failure of business is
depending on the business environment or culture in marketplace. A conflict issue may arises
among staff members in the workplace and impact on the overall business profitability.
Ultimately, talent management should consider as delivers the strategy and talent in order to
continuous achieve success. The quality of talent throughout the enterprise that are ultimately
