This project delves into talent management strategies employed by businesses to attract and retain employees, using ASDA as a case study. The research aims to analyze these strategies, understand talent management and retention concepts, and identify challenges faced by ASDA regarding employee management. The project employs both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including questionnaires and data analysis, to gather insights on employee perceptions of talent management practices. Findings highlight challenges like lack of leadership and high employee turnover, and suggest recommendations such as training programs, effective compensation, and equitable treatment to improve employee retention. The project utilizes project management tools like work breakdown structures and Gantt charts to organize the research process, and the reflective practice section discusses the application of skills, research methodologies, and tools used throughout the project.
