an organization (Adamsen, 2019). Therefore, it can be highly helpful in leading towards the
attainment of a wide range of goals and objectives. For the HR managers, it is therefore
important that they make the use of different types of strategies and methods which can help in
ensuring the best use of talent in a right way. HR department thus needs to focus at using the best
strategies and methods possible for the purpose of Talent Management. For this report,
Sainsbury's has been chosen. It is a British Company which focuses on providing a wide range of
goods and services to the people in the market. In this report, a detailed and specific focus will be
made on Establishment of Project Aims and Objectives, Conducting of Research, Presentation of
the Project. Additionally, specific analysis will be made on Reflection on the value gained from
the project as a part of this assignment.
