This project explores talent strategies that companies use to attract and retain employees, focusing on Sainsbury's as a case study. The project begins with an introduction to talent management, defining its importance and objectives. It outlines the research aim and objectives, followed by a detailed project planning phase, including cost analysis, scope definition, time management, and quality control. The project also incorporates communication strategies, risk assessment, resource allocation, a work breakdown structure (WBS), and a Gantt chart for effective project management. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods, collecting data through primary and secondary sources, including questionnaires. The findings are presented through frequency analysis, addressing challenges and strategies related to talent management. Finally, the project includes a reflective practice section, summarizing the use of skills and tools, and a conclusion that emphasizes the significance of talent management for business success, along with references.
