research the chosen organisation is Tesco, which is a multinational company headquartered in
Welwyn Garden City, England. This research is based on finding the roles of HR and it will
help them to implement the talent management within the organisation. Furthermore it
discuss the different strategies which are useful for the growth of company and discuss the
impact of company’s talent management and their performance in the market.

From the above graph it is suggested that, out of 50 respondent 15, think that the main
role of HR in talent management is to recruit the staff in the company at right time. Whereas
out of total, 10 thinks that helping and managing the career of an employee is the main
technique and role of HR in the company. As it will help the company to work and manage
their employees to retain for long term aspect. Again from the total respondent, 20 think that
the role of HR is to evaluate and analysis the performance of the company. And only 5
respondent think that become a good leadership style in the organisation and work according
to that is the main role of HR in relation to the talent management.

From the above graph it is suggested that, out of 50 respondent 15, think that the main
role of HR in talent management is to recruit the staff in the company at right time. Whereas
out of total, 10 thinks that helping and managing the career of an employee is the main
technique and role of HR in the company. As it will help the company to work and manage
their employees to retain for long term aspect. Again from the total respondent, 20 think that
the role of HR is to evaluate and analysis the performance of the company. And only 5
respondent think that become a good leadership style in the organisation and work according
to that is the main role of HR in relation to the talent management.
