This case study analyzes the talent management strategies employed by Waitrose to attract and retain employees. It begins with a project planning phase, outlining the research aim, objectives, project management plan, Gantt chart, and work breakdown structure. The study then conducts both quantitative and qualitative research, focusing on secondary research to understand the role of talent management, the strategies Waitrose uses, and the challenges faced. Primary research is conducted through questionnaires. The findings are presented, followed by recommendations and a conclusion. The appendices include performance review examples, a project logbook, and the questionnaire used in the research. The study aims to provide insights into effective talent management practices within a large organization.
