1. Introduction
The paper mainly focuses on the project that engages in repairing tanks of Western
Australia. It is identified that the tanks need to be online within the time period of three
months for receiving the aviation fuel from one of the rescheduled shipments. However, due
to some challenges as well as faults, it is quite difficult to complete the project within the
needed deadline.
2. Problem statement
The main problem is presence of faults and challenges during the project progress that
causes delay of project by 10 days and therefore the organization is unable to make the tanks
online for receiving the aviation fuel.
3. Solution identification
The solutions which are generally identified in order to mitigate the issues and
problems that the company is facing is elaborated below:
