effective information and knowledge management system for their company. The organization is
now willing to expand their current business throughout Tasmania. The common challenge that
T.A.R.D.I.S. was facing can resolve or minimize with the implementation of the information and
knowledge management system. However, in order to implement the information and knowledge
management system in T.A.R.D.I.S. clear processes are needed to be captured by the associates
requirements are also needed to be identified by the project associates (Liebowitz and Frank
2016). During this operation the limitation those are being identified initially should be
eliminated with appropriate system specifications. During data migration the T.A.R.D.I.S. must
ensure that no information is lost from the transmission channel and server as well. Therefore the
organization should implement appropriate migration plan for successful information transaction.
