INTRODUCTION
Management of a business is very necessary and it is an essential part of any organisation
so as to get successful business. This management of a business includes proper administration
of the various activities that is being carried out in a company, which will help in the success and
growth of the business (Bénabou and Tirole, 2010). This report is based on the case study of
Taste and Fantasy Bakery regarding the CSR activities. Taste and Fantasy Bakery is a family
bakery which provides cakes, pastries, fresh breads, etc. It has 45 employees and their main aim
is to put customers at the priority. They wants to carry out CSR activities for the successful
management of business and also for maintaining good relationship with the employees and the
customers. This will helps to maintain the ethical environment in which the business is operating.
This report will analyse the implementation of the CSR activities in the organisation which will
be helpful to meet desired aims and objective of the company. This study will aims in developing
knowledge and understanding regarding successful business management.
TASK 1
P1 Project aim and objectives for Taste and Fantasy Bakery
Project can be defined as the collaborative or individual contribution of an enterprise
which generally involves the design and the research which is planned properly by the project
team so as to achieve the specific aim. Taste and Fantasy Bakery is carrying out a project on
CSR activities. CSR activities are generally termed as the business commitment to behave
ethically and to contribute in the development of the economy by improving workforce quality.
With the help of these activities company will give commitment regarding product offering
which will satisfy needs of the consumers and can meet federal food safety regulations standards
in regards with nutrient's content that have major impact on health (Carroll and Shabana, 2010).
Company also aims to satisfy the craving of local community and society by proving good
products and services.
