INTRODUCTION
Small business are carried out by the private people, corporations, partnerships etc.. In
small-business enterprises there are a limited number of employees. In today's time it is
important to develop the business of small enterprises in their own country and in other countries
also. These firms provides so many facilities such as recruitment, training, consultancy etc...
Here Tate recruitment is a small business enterprises whose aim to recruit the highly
professional people for their organisation. In this report the strength and weaknesses of this firm
has been described and how business performance of the firm can be improved (Malhotra and
Temponi, 2010). If there is any change in the business management operation how this will
impact on the firm.
TASK 1
1.1 Strengths and Weaknesses of Tate Recruitment
The main targets of the firm is to achieve their goals on time. But it is necessary to
conduct the SWOT analysis on which company can improve their weakness and accept the
opportunities to target their plans on times. Tate recruitment is a agency recruitment firm who
provides the training an development programme to the selected employees (Stokes, Wilson and
Wilson, 2010). These training are given by the expertise to develop skills and through this
efficiency of employees will increase. This organisation is having a large number of contract of
large organisation and contract with them to recruit the employees for them. To analyse the
strength and weaknesses of this firm is necessary for the employees and to make the positive
environment.
Strengths
This business entity provides goods service quality of recruitment that differentiate from
competitors.
The employees of this company participate in the management activities.
Company runs a personal development programme which increase the skills of the
employees and gain more knowledge about the targets of the firm (Gronum, Verreynne
and Kastelle, 2012).

firm but no coordination is there between them.
In this enterprise, employees are not retain for a long period of time due to the

business plan to hit the targets of the company. It ensures that whether the enterprises is

marketing tools of communication, marketing mix etc.. It helps the marketing managers to
provide the recruitment services in those smaller areas also where no radios, television are there

If there is change in the price of services then it will impact on the customers needs. As
all clients are not affordable to prefer the best services in high prices (Burns, 2010).

then appropriate actions can be taken on time. The process of improving the performance of the

improved (Business matters. 2017). The time period for monitoring the progress may be on daily
basis, weekly basis or monthly basis. But one time gap of monitoring the performance may
difficult for the company because it creates a burden on departments to coordinate with others.
