AI Summary
This report delves into the taxonomy of a potato plant, discussing its unique anatomy and physiology, particularly how it develops from a modified stem rather than seeds. It contrasts this with a tomato plant, which develops from seeds. The report also explores the role of animals in human life, highlighting their emotional benefits and their ability to sense danger, contrasting these abilities with the lack of locomotion in plants. The report includes references to support the information presented.

Part-1
The paper discusses anatomy and physiology of potato plant which is developed from a modified
stem. The anatomy of potato plant study reveals that it is made of leaves and underground stems.
The leaves part of the plant remains above the ground while underground stem part creeps below
the ground and later modifies into tubers which on complete germination develop potatoes. The
physiology of potato plant says that potato plant leaves accumulate starch by photosynthesis and
is then transferred to developing potato tubers, which utilize those as an energy source during its
growth period (Akoumianakis et al., 2016).
The anatomy of potato plant is different from the standard root, stem, leaf, or flower. The
standard root, stem, leaf, or flower gives rise to plants under normal development process, but
the growth of potato plant is not from seeds, it takes place from the stem.
One of my classmates has chosen for tomato plant which produces tomatoes as fruits, and these
are developed from the seeds of tomato flowers.
Part-2
Animals play an integral part in human’s life apart from being a commercial source of income
they have marked their impression in transforming lives of people. Animals such as dogs are
used as pet animals who are considered to be chasers and hunters of unknown people.
The most interesting aspects of animals are that they offer numerous emotional benefits to
humans. Animals are found to assist human with their daily activities; they let us abstain
ourselves from worries or problems and focusing our attention towards relaxation.

Animals are more adapt to probe danger signals; incoming of earthquake waves and their tremor
are easily felt by them. Animals can elicit a response by instinct, but plants do not have such
features. Animals can migrate from one place to another, but plants cannot show locomotion
(Cherniack et al., 2014).
