result and determination of the various kind of options for the achievement of the end result. The
different kind of decisions that are taken by the teacher about several kind of issues would be
able to majorly influence the learning of the student. This would also help in shaping the culture
of education within the teachers and the students.
The different kind of decisions that are taken by a teacher is based on certain fundamental
concepts. This includes planning, implementing and assessing. Warren (2018) in this discussion
has focused on the fact that effective teachers who have a major kind of knowledge about several
essential facts know about the content that would be taught to the students. Teachers should also
have professional knowledge, pedagogical knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge. They

Some of the vital challenges that are in relation to making of decisions for teachers are:
Incomplete Information – Incorrect or incomplete information can be considered as the
high factor and major problem. Lack of proper and adequate information would be
responsible for leading the decision maker towards a high level of uncertainty about a
certain kind of situation (Shapiro & Stefkovich, 2016). There are some kind of decisions
that mostly involve more than one person who would be sufficient towards leading the
process to an effective end.
Unsupportive Environment The environment irrespective of organisational or
physical would be the most responsible aspect for the making of decisions. The phase of
implementation of the decision is also considered as the most important factor for making
of decisions. Based on goodwill and high level of trust, the different individuals would be
highly motivated. This would further lead to an effective process of making of decisions
for the decision maker with a high form of confidence. The opposite kind of
circumstances would avoid the process of making of decisions.
Non-acceptance for Subordinates - If the subordinates have a certain kind of stake
within the making of decisions or if they would likely to be affected in a strong manner,
