liked most of the solutions which you have put forward in the article yourself. However, I
would like to make few additional suggestions which I believe would help you to make your
article much better.
I like the way how you have pointed out the major cause of the lack of
communication between the two teachers is the lack of communication between themselves. I
also like the way in which you have pointed out the various verbal as well as the non-verbal
communication which can be used to break the tension between the two teachers. This is
because of the reason that I personally believe the best way to solve any problems between
two individuals is for both of them to have a discussion of the subject matter themselves
(Beziat et. all, 2014). Another point that I like is the collaboration of the teachers. This is
because I feel that if the two teachers work together, they would be able to understand much
better. Hence, I find the points that you have presented in the article to be very valuable or
solving the problems between the teachers (Poehner, 2013).

To start my analysis, I will state that I really like the lack of communication between
the teachers which you have used in the article itself. This is because of the fact that as an ex-
director of a college myself. I feel that communication is indeed one of the most important
strategies that the individuals can use for themselves. It is because of the communication that
the people would be able to understand the subject matter of the problems between the
teachers themselves (Beziat et all, 2015). However, I would also like to suggest the fact that
another good way of solving the problems between the teachers would be to have them
communicate with the other teachers in the school. This I believe, will help to break the ice
between the teachers themselves and allow the teachers to be friends with each other. Being
friends with each other will help them to understand each other’s problems and help each
other overcome the problems that they face (Al et. all, 2014).
Thus, I would like to conclude by saying that the rest of the article which you have
