How I could develop my practical skills as a result of this assessment task / Unit/session:
The teaching plan and process developed by me reflects its usefulness in most of the cases.
However, there are some drawback identified in the time table planning for the sessions that
creates problem to the students. The tight schedule is hard for the student to cope up with. I
sense some room for developing my teaching practice. An online translator would be helpful for
developing the verbal communication efficiency.
In case of my practical skills, I need to develop my observation skills to better identify the problem
of the student and act accordingly. The time table needs a revision for helping out the students
and releasing them from the pain of a hectic class schedule. My concentration level requires up-
gradation for to address the students’ problem.

How I could develop my knowledge and understanding as a result of this assessment task /
session:
The assignment helped me to identify some of my drawbacks in the teaching process. The feedbacks
received from the supervisors and the students to develop my skills in planning and delivering
learning plan. The students’ feedback will open diversified ways of teaching that can help me to make
the process more understandable to them. The supervisors’ feedback will help me in developing a
well structured plan in the teaching practice.
