INTRODUCTION
Codes of ethics are very important to be followed by the individuals in order to carry out
the particular activities smoothly. More ethical values to become a person more responsible
towards their work and duties.

Code of Ethics
ECA codes of ethics was mainly designed for the education in the childhood and the
environment that is being provided to the children. These code of ethics focuses on that the
individual should have to be more responsible and ethical while working with the children in or
on the behalf of them (Blackwood and Chiarella, 2020). Early childhood Australia examines that
the professionals are working in relation to nurturing the children from so many years. These
codes of ethics tells them to carry out the teaching and learning process by using the traditional
ways in order to care them. These codes provides a guides to the teachers and the professors to
analyse their behaviour.
VIT Codes of Ethics and Conducts
VIT codes are the are the ethical principles that are made in relation to the teaching
profession. These ethical codes were made in order to enhance the standards of the professionals
while teaching the students. These codes facilitate the teachers to analyse and examine their own
decision in the educational campus. This helps them to take effective decisions in the future that
can be applied in the teachings (Loughran, McDonald and Otteson, 2022). Mainly the aim of
these ethics and the conducts are that the professionals should understands the expectations of
the community in which they are carrying out the teaching activity. The VIT codes of ethics
focuses on the safety and the well-being of the children in the educational campus by applying
the several principles that are being explained in the codes of conduct.
Standards For Teachers
There are several standards have been made in relation to teach the students in the
educational campus. One of the important factor that teachers should consider is that the students
belongs to the different backgrounds and have different characteristics. Teachers should give

knowledge effectively to each and every students according to the physical, social and the
intellectual development (Chen and et.al., 2018). They should also critically understands that
how the student learns new things effectively. In order to fulfil that the teachers should introduce
the teaching programs and the techniques through which they can teach the students in a
productive manner.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been analysed that ethical codes should be mandatory to
implement in every sector that helps in doing the activities smoothly without any misconduct.
