Identifying and meeting individual learner needs is the concept related to determining and
completion of the aspects which are necessary to have for learning in accordance to the person’s
characteristics. The performance of this activity has huge positive impact in development of their
learning within their own specialist area. This happens due to the association of large number of
importance’s with this concept. Description of all these along with contribution towards
development of learning within own specialist area is provided below:
