One of the main role that I have as teacher is to encourage and
motivate the learners to develop their ability and aspiration to learn.
A role of teacher involves much more than a standing in front of the
lecture.
The inspiration to the learners need to be given by the teachers in
order to change and develop their personal, social and professional
skills.
