INTRODUCTION
Writing is one of important skills for a person which allow them to express their views,
information, knowledge, opinions in words (Bolster, 2018). Writing skills required certain skills
for a peorson including communications skills, adaptability for change. Openness, research
skills, presentations skills, organisation skills and other skills and knowledge of a person. This
project report includes discussion of interview to be conducted of a writing in order opt
knowledge about their experience and feeling of learning writing. It also includes discussion of
comparison of own response with another person.
MAIN BODY
Conducting interview
Writing is important things which helps a person to write their ideas, thoughts, expression
and feelings on various things. There are various skills and knowledge which is required by a
person in order to improve writing skills of a person (Isha, 2016). I have conducted an interview
with a person who is recalling their experience while learning to write. This person is also
sharing their experience with me related to writing in which helps me to learn new things. In this
question, I have asked many questions arise in my minds and also to get more information about
their experience and feeling in learning of writing.
In this interview first I asked to them about did they see themselves as writers? why or why
not?
They said that they did not see themselves as writer as in initial level, they are not good in
writing skills. They failed in sentence formation and also did various grammatical errors. They
added that they have creativity skills through which new ideas came in their minds and also has
new ways to describe any stories or other real life but they feel difficulty in writing. So, they did
not see themselves as writer.
In this interview, I asked next question to them which is, how did they develop thins
perception about themselves in relation to writing?
The writers said that they have are not good in writing that’s why they did not thing about to
be a writer but after that, with practice of writing and improvement in class develop will in them
to be a writer. They get to know about their skills with their daily routine of diary writing as once
their friend has read their diary and tell them that they are writing well and good (Smith, 2020).

They should use their skills in their career. This thing made a perception in them to be writers in
future as a career choice.
After that, I asked them another question to know about what process they use when they
write. Writing process of every people is not same as al people are write in different manner.
This process can include various steps like prewriting, drafting, revising, editing. Thee steps
helps ot make writing process of a person more effective.
Mostly they write about topics like financial or economical issues as they doing jobs in
which they need to write various article related to these topics. They least write about general
topics like fashion industry. They like to write about general fashion as they have interest in
fashion trends and other trendy things.
In order to know things which, make a writer good, I asked another question to writer. They
answered question by saying that it is difficult to specify a good writer but there are some
characteristics which make a person good writer (Sheldahl, 2020). Good writer should give
attention towards details as before writing any topic, writer must have knowledge and
information about topics. They need to be discipline and which provide clarity in their opinions
which should clearly understandable for others. They should also have strong vocabulary which
helps them to avoid mistakes in their writing content and should has ability to open for accepting
changes. They should have passion for reading which enhance their knowledge.
In next question, I get to know required skills and knowledge for a good writer. Good
writers should have certain skills like good communication skills including oral and written
communication (Budge, Lemon and McPherson, 2016). They should as adaptability and
discipline which helps them get more information. They should have research as well as
organisational skills which is important t gather important data for topic related to their research.
After that I asked them, question related to what support them to be a writer. They answered
question that they get support from their family members as well as teachers. They also get
support from their friends which helps them to be a good writer in their field.
Teacher provide support development and confidence of them by guiding them on write path
and also motivate them to focus on their career. Teachers finding grammatical errors and other
problems in their content which helps them to reduce errors in their content. It helps to boost

which is different from person to person. But to write on something, first I needs to pre think in
