INTRODUCTION
Role of teacher is high important in education & training as it provides various
knowledge to learners. In the current era, there are various kinds of role is played by teacher in
than its overall practice so become important to focus on distinct factor. The current report
prepared will involve teaching & learning approaches used in my HRM specialization of
meeting the needs of individual students. There are certain benefits and drawbacks of using
communication methods and effectiveness of resources such as Moodle, Kahoot and Google
Drive will be involved in current report. This will present analysis of effectiveness of resources
used in HRM m specialism in order to meet individual needs and core elements in planning,
delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning. It will include SWOT and individual
learning plan that will be exerted by me.

3.3 Explanation of how HRM planning of lesson plans and resources meets the individual needs
of learners with examples
There are different kinds of the activities which are required to b exerted by me in order
to offer the better quality of teaching service in human resource specialism. For this purpose
having an appropriate becomes important for me which takes into account different aspects such
as objectives, related requirements, material, procedure, assessment method, etc. This is helpful
in gaining the significant ability to follow structured and precise pattern to deliver good quality
knowledge to learners in turn HRM specialization students can receive higher productive
outcomes (Deng, Benckendorff and Gannaway, 2019). There are various form of the activities
that has been included din my lesson plan such as proper learning environment via maintaining
the equality & diversity so that relevant understanding to students can be offered. It is ensured
that all required material and assessment criteria knowledge has been given to students so
healthy & motivating learning can be created.
It is taken into consideration that proper availability of educational material so that clear
& accurate insights about unit contest to build foundation for the subject can be done. I have
given emphasis on evaluating the needs of students so that most suitable method can be utilized
to optimize my knowledge for students in turn greater flexibility learning environment can be
provided. These all has been included in my lesson plan so that greater productive results can be
offered to students.

5.1 Explaining effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches used in HRM area of
specialism in relation to meeting the individual needs of learners
There are different types of the approaches and methods that are used by me in order to
offer relevant understanding to students so that effective understanding can be provided. There
are different types of methods for teaching has been used such as traditional lectures power point
presentation, group discussion. This has helped in providing effective knowledge in HRM
specialism so that meeting individual needs of student can become possible.
TRADITIONAL TEACHING
It is the one of the method that is related with the practice of asking students to recite &
memorize content of study which is taught in class.
Benefit of traditional teaching
There are various benefits which is obtained while using this method that include
increasing interaction, among students and conducting effective learning environment
(Subramani and Iyappan, 2018). This enables to create the feeling of sociability & solidarity,
develops skills of working in team, quick ability to solve issues, etc. This method allows to get
the ability to connect with students personally in turn higher learning outcomes can be provided
detriments of traditional teaching
There are few lacking ares which are faced due to utilization of this approach that
includes lack of feedback mechanism, schedule stiffness, loss of individualization in group, lack
of student focused, critical thinking, less process oriented thinking, etc. These is affecting the
ability to meet the needs of students in HRM.
POWERPOINT
It is the approach of delivering knowledge via using PowerPoint tool that allows
delivering instructions in accurate manner.
Benefits of Powerpoint
There are various benefits which can be obtained via using this specified method. The
benefits include increasing virtual impact improving learners focus and improving interactive
among students. Innovative learning pattern through using graphical and video to offer higher
clarity about particular subject matter can be given. These are helpful in meeting the
requirements of student such as transparent & clear communication with presenter, etc.
Detriments of PowerPoint

In HRM specialization through this the drawabacks of Powerpoint faced includes h
irrelevant information slides, neglect of interaction with students, etc this has hampered the
ability to offer reliable study.
GROUP DISCUSSION
It is comprehensive technique for evaluating the ability of learners to share their
knowledge about particular topic which enhances personality development.
Benefits of group discussion
It increases the students' engagement, provide feedback, increasing of speaking skills,
etc. which develops confidence & speaking skill in students.
Detriments of group discussion
The detriments of group discussion time-consuming, individual domination, comprise
decision, group- ism, etc. which affect quality of learning.
It can be conducted that these are the methods used for increasing ability to meet
objectives of meeting individual needs.
8.1 Reviewing effectiveness of practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive teaching
and learning to take account of the views of learners and others
For this, purpose, there are different techniques has been used by me for increasing
effectiveness that involves conducting conversation with other professional of same, field,
understanding distinct method of teaching, etc. Taking feedback has allowed to ensure that
improvement area can be identified to make modifications (Kalyani and Rajasekaran, 2018).
Peer assessment, etc has helped in overcoming prevailing complications, etc on the basis of this
it can be interpreted that these e actions has allowed to understand that effectiveness of inclusive
teaching and learning.
5.2 Analysis of communication methods
Lecturing discuss: This communication method is used in teaching which helps in
designing the understanding the proper structure of the body (Saiyad and et.al., 2020). It
includes the topi related to the facts, principles, concepts and the procedures.
Advantages: 1. Lectures can be given to the large audience.
2. It allows the teachers to have control on learning experience.
Disadvantages: 1. It does not provide feedback as it is given to large.
2. Lectures are not suited for the higher teaching as analysis cannot be done.

Team discuss:Team discussion is used to provide proper feedback and new ideas in the
teams. As in the teaching of the HRM the team discussion method is used which helps to get
new ideas from the students by having discussion on the topics.
Advantages: 1. It used to promote the creativity in the teaching.
2. It enhances and generates the motivation.
Disadvantages: 1. Conflict between the ideas of two different parties (Schwab, Sharma
and Hoffmann, 2022).
2. There is lack of effective communication, as everyone not gets chance of speaking in
team.
Communication theory: The communication theory used to provide the way of talking
and analyzing about the key events, processes and commitments that helps in the better
communication.
CONCLUSION
From the above it is concluded about the communication methods and the advantages
and disadvantages of the learning discuss and team discuss. At last it is concluded about the
communication theory.
5.3 Resources used in teaching:
Moodle: As moodle used to support the wide range of media in order to link with the
learning material and also supports the learner in order to assess their learning. This can be done
by communicating and having collaborations with the peers by using the course forums, by
sharing ideas, etc.
Advantages: 1. It makes the resources to be available to the students.
2. It is very cost effective resource that can be used in the teaching.
Disadvantages: 1. It is not developed to proceed with big projects.
2. Only useful in the small to medium size universities.
Google Drive: Google Drive is the free cloud- based storage that used to enable the
service users to store and access files online.
Advantages: 1. By using these resources helps to access the files from everywhere.
2. This resource has ability to edit the files and have data storage option as well.

Disadvantages: 1. Drawback of using google drive is that, hackers can remove the
essential data.
Microsoft teams: This is the collaboration app that is built for the hybrid work so that
the team must be stayed informed, organized and connected (Aznar-Díaz and et.al., 2020).
Advantages: 1. It increased the focus on work.
2. It also increases the productivity of the team.
Disadvantages: 1. The file structure of the Microsoft team is very confusing.
2. This is very inflexible to use.
CONCLUSION
From the above it is concluded about the meaning of moodle with its advantages and
disadvantages. Further it has evaluated about the meaning of Google drive and Microsoft team
with its advantages and disadvanatges.
5.6 Reflection of my own approaches and resources
There are various resources and approaches used in the teaching in order to make the
students to know about the new and innovative technology used in the learning. In order to make
the students learn about the specific areas I have used the power point method and the Microsoft
team resource. By using the power point it has become possible to give emphasis on different
tactic (Owens, Sadler and Friedrichsen, 2021). These are helpful in meeting the requirements of
student to get a method of teaching. By using the power point it helps me to teach the students
by using the slides on every topic and lesson. The google drive also helped me a lot as by suing
the google drive it helps me to upload the presentation and by this I have organized the
presentations in the folder which were based on the different topics. These resources and
approaches has helped me in order to mange the work and make the work done on the time. By
using the cited approaches and the resources it helps the students to have the good learning of
the lesson. Making the good and peaceful environment helps me to teach the student about the
new things which makes them to grab the things in the effective manner. Different learning
approaches ad resources were are set by me to provide the best learning to the students in the
classroom. This helped me a lot in order to gain the knowledge by using the new and innovative
technology to make the good teaching by using the power point presentation and the google
drive.

7.1 Reflection on own scheme of work and lesson plan and individual learning
By making the lesson plan of each lesson helped me and the students a lot in order to
learn the lessons and retain that lesson for the exams. I used to give an opportunity to my
students to have progress in their style of learning by providing them specific material that are
used in learning. By the preparation of the lesson plan it will help the individual needs as each
individual can follow that lesson plan in order to have better learning of that lesson (Ybema,
van Vuuren and van Dam, 2020). Further by using the various innovative technologies it helped
me to make the students to have learning in the effective and in better way. As in order to
understand the slides of the presentation I have used projector in order to make the students to
have effective learning in the class. By identifying the needs of the students it helps me to
encourage and raise up the morale of the students and which makes them to have the effective
learning.. It is very essential to promote the equality as it helps the teachers to have the inclusive
learning environment in the class. This lesson plan helps the individuals and students to have the
good learning of the lesson and this also provide them to learn about the new and innovative
thing during the learning of the lesson. By having the good and peaceful environment helps me
to provide the good learning to the students and the students have grab the things in the effective
manner (Mom and et.al., 2019). Different learning approaches are set by me in order to provide
the best learning to the students in the classroom. In my area of specialism the lesson plan
prepare by me will help the students to have the learning goals. By identifying the goals of the
students I have done the lesson planning for them which helps them to have effective learning of
the students.
SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis is the tool that helps the person to analyze about its personality that
where they are good and where they are lacking. This makes the person its strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats (Luu, 2018). By doing the personal SWOT it makes the
person to know about the new opportunities that helps the person to have successful strategy for
the future. I have done the personal SWOT which helps me to know about my strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded about the teaching will involve teaching & learning
approaches used in my HRM specialization of meeting the needs of individual students. There
are certain benefits and drawbacks which are described in the report of using communication
methods and effectiveness of resources such as Moodle, Microsoft teams and Google Drive will
be involved in present report. The report has also concluded about the effectiveness of resources
used in HRM m specialism in order to meet individual needs and core elements in planning,
delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning. At last this report has described about
the personal SWOT an the action plan prepared on the SWOT analysis.
