INTRODUCTION
Role of teacher is high important in education & training as it provides various
knowledge to learners. In the current era, there are various kinds of role is played by teacher in
than its overall practice so become important to focus on distinct factor. The current report
prepared will involve teaching & learning approaches used in my HRM specialization of
meeting the needs of individual students. There are certain benefits and drawbacks of using
communication methods and effectiveness of resources such as Moodle, Kahoot and Google
Drive will be involved in current report. This will present analysis of effectiveness of resources
used in HRM m specialism in order to meet individual needs and core elements in planning,
delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning. It will include SWOT and individual
learning plan that will be exerted by me.

of learners with examples
There are different kinds of the activities which are required to b exerted by me in order
to offer the better quality of teaching service in human resource specialism. For this purpose
having an appropriate becomes important for me which takes into account different aspects such
as objectives, related requirements, material, procedure, assessment method, etc. This is helpful
in gaining the significant ability to follow structured and precise pattern to deliver good quality
knowledge to learners in turn HRM specialization students can receive higher productive
outcomes (Deng, Benckendorff and Gannaway, 2019). There are various form of the activities
that has been included din my lesson plan such as proper learning environment via maintaining
the equality & diversity so that relevant understanding to students can be offered. It is ensured
that all required material and assessment criteria knowledge has been given to students so
healthy & motivating learning can be created.
It is taken into consideration that proper availability of educational material so that clear
& accurate insights about unit contest to build foundation for the subject can be done. I have
given emphasis on evaluating the needs of students so that most suitable method can be utilized
to optimize my knowledge for students in turn greater flexibility learning environment can be
provided. These all has been included in my lesson plan so that greater productive results can be
offered to students.

service users to store and access files online.
Advantages: 1. By using these resources helps to access the files from everywhere.

the students learn about the specific areas I have used the power point method and the Microsoft
team resource. By using the power point it has become possible to give emphasis on different
tactic (Owens, Sadler and Friedrichsen, 2021). These are helpful in meeting the requirements of
student to get a method of teaching. By using the power point it helps me to teach the students
by using the slides on every topic and lesson. The google drive also helped me a lot as by suing
the google drive it helps me to upload the presentation and by this I have organized the
presentations in the folder which were based on the different topics. These resources and
approaches has helped me in order to mange the work and make the work done on the time. By
using the cited approaches and the resources it helps the students to have the good learning of
the lesson. Making the good and peaceful environment helps me to teach the student about the
new things which makes them to grab the things in the effective manner. Different learning

By making the lesson plan of each lesson helped me and the students a lot in order to

From the above report it is concluded about the teaching will involve teaching & learning
approaches used in my HRM specialization of meeting the needs of individual students. There
are certain benefits and drawbacks which are described in the report of using communication
methods and effectiveness of resources such as Moodle, Microsoft teams and Google Drive will
be involved in present report. The report has also concluded about the effectiveness of resources
used in HRM m specialism in order to meet individual needs and core elements in planning,
delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning. At last this report has described about
the personal SWOT an the action plan prepared on the SWOT analysis.
