Identification and reflection on approach to learning and development
Self reflection is way that helps in examining the way through which the individual
learns. Also, based on my experience of learning business management course I am able to gain
better idea about the whole scenario and for effective reflection I have applied social cognitive
perspective learnings approach that helps in better thinking and reasoning of the learning
content. Moreover, through identifying and applying all three concepts of this theory I have been
able to ensure better personality development (Morsanyi, 2020). Furthermore, the first most
important component in this approach is the reciprocal dimension that states that cognitive
process consist of all the character tics that have already previously learned certain based on
beliefs and expectations. Moreover, behaviour refers to anything that is done to get rewarded or
punished. Also, during my whole module I have been able remain to highly motivated for
delivering the best business management projects and also have been able to get the appropriate
rewards and appreciation for the same form my assessor in front of others. Also, throughout the
whole learnings sessions I was able to develop better understanding as I have already researched
about various concepts that are related with the business management course that provided me
with much ease in learning with my assessor. However, through this module I was also able to
clarify certain misconceptions about the business management concepts that earlier I believed
were right in any business environment.
Moreover, while describing my learning approach through social cognitive perspective
the next element is the observational learning that specifies that learning is done through
observing other people around us and thus it also plays crucial part in the development of the
personality (Galán-Mañas, 2019). Also, through this it can be said that during the time of the
learnings sessions I would assure active listening process so that all the important points covered
during the sessions might be noted down for future references. Moreover, I have learned the
behaviour patterns of other individuals that were part of the module so that various presentation
related to business management during the module might be delivered out in most effective
manner. Also, I have brought changes in my attitudes through complete observation so that I am
able to work in the best manner in diverse teams while learning business management course.

how individual approach challenges and reach certain goals. Also, through this element it can be
said through during the module I have faced certain challenges such as I have not being able to
solve complex business management practicals due to which I was very fearful. However,
through support of my assessor I have been able to overcome such challenges in most effective
manner through establishing regular learning practices (Muller and et.al., 2020). Also, through
my assessor I have also been suggested to develop proper action plan so that certain
competencies and skills that need improvement might be developed on time. Thus, this approach
has helped in my overall personality development in best of manner.

Transferable skills are those skills that might be used in everywhere irrespective of the
title or field in which individuals wish to work in the future. Also, during the business
management module some transferable skills that I have been developed was effective
communication skill through which I was able to raise certain queries with my assessor and also
able to work in the diverse teams during the module. Also, through the communication skill I
was able to explain certain points asked by the assessor relating to business management course.
Moreover, another skill I have developed was relationship building that allowed me to develop
bets relationships with my colleagues and assessor. Furthermore, through this establish mutual
bond I was able to get full supports and guidance during the complex times. Also, development
of this type of skill would allow me to grab best opportunities in the future through established
networks. Also, development of such skills further enabled in having greater empathy, patience
for all other people (WHAT ARE TRANSFERABLE SKILLS AND WHY ARE THEY
IMPORTANT?, 2022). Moreover, time management was another skill that allowed me to
develop better personality for all the future prospects. Also, this skill was developed when
certain assignments were been given by my assessor during the module that need to be

was the skill that create problems even while working in any corporate place as inability to think
critically only created tension and consumes lot of time while carrying out daily routine tasks.
