INTRODUCTION
Education is all related to the learning of theory as well as traditionally education may
reinforce knowledge in which individual already have a foundation. On the other hand, training
is totally different from education because it gives skill to individual for doing something instead
of just knowing about something (De Gloria, Bellotti and Berta, 2014). Along with this, training
is specific towards particular need, vocation as well as skills-gap. Moreover, through education
mainly theoretical knowledge will be gained but by training practical skills develop. This report
is based education and training it will going to discuss role of individual within it. Along with,
aspects of legislation, regulatory requirement as well as code of practices related to the own
responsibilities.
Most important thing which will going to discuss is relationship and boundaries within
teaching and other professional role. Apart from this, several other factors which included within
education and training session going to be highlighted within this report such as importance of
promoting appropriate behaviour, ways to promote equality and diversity. In addition to this,
benefits as well as limitations of communication methods and media used in education &
training will be highlighted. Furthermore, several other teaching and learning approaches will be
be explained which use for meeting needs of individuals. Along with this benefits as well as
limitations of communication methods will be discuss.
TASK 1 Essay
1.1 Own role and responsibilities in education and training
In present time, both training and teaching could be considered as some of crucial
elements that helps students in gaining knowledge in regards to a particular subject. Basically,
teacher along with trainer's role is to train on a particular subject, which may aid students in a
way which actively involve and engage the learners in every session. On the other side, it is also
said that both teaching and training are not enough but, learning is one of the crucial factor which
mainly pulls out specific results in specified time frame. It is being analysed that, some key
aspects of role and responsibilities as a teacher could be considered as, carrying out initial and/or
diagnostic assessments, clear communication with the specified learners, other professionals and
stakeholders, promoting appropriate behaviour and respect for others, identifying and meeting
learners’ needs, being aware of the support mechanisms available, organise educational

programs and to become reflective, and this could be considered as learning from successes as
well as mistakes too. On the other side, there are number of roles as well as responsibilities that a
trainer carries and these are training plan, timing of different training sessions, choosing the
relevant training methods, preparing the training materials and aids, conducting training sessions
and evaluating the post training session and many more.
1.2 Key aspects of legislation, regulatory requirements and code of practices related to own role
and responsibilities
There are several important legislations, regulations as well as code of practices which
have to be included within education and training. Explanation of these are as follows :-
Equality Act (2010), Main motive behind introducing this act is to protects people against
discrimination, harassment or victimisation. Along with this, Equality Act state that there should
be no discrimination within human beings on the basis of following factors such as age, gender,
disability, race, religion, sex, beliefs and so many. Thus, it is important for teacher or trainer to
implement this act within education and training so that equal opportunity will be provided to
everyone. Data protection Act 2018, This Act state that Data of individual have to be protected
and not disclose with other without permission. Along with this, as digital world is getting
develop so it is important for teacher and trainer to fit data protection law with digital age as well
as empower people to take care of there data. Because disclose of information result in creating
discrimination and several other unlawful activities. Thus, implementation of these legislation
within education and training session result in conducting overall practices within effective
manner and help in providing training and education in proper manner without any unlawful
practices.
1.3 Relationships and boundaries between the teaching role and other professional roles
Teaching is the procedure through which people's needs, feeling, experience as well as
intervening can be attended so they will learn particular things. In simple term, teacher is the
human being who assist people in learning something as well as they work in classroom. On the
other hand, professional is the term which related to anyone who earns their living by performing
an activity that need some specific level of education, skills as well as training. There is wide
relation within teacher and professional role because they both are working for developing skills
and knowledge of particular person. As teacher help student in developing creativity same as

professional help employees and other people in developing there skills as well as knowledge
related to particular thing. Thus, there is wide relation within role of teacher and professionals.
Along with this relation there is some boundaries also within both of them, teacher within
their profession are needed to maintain proper standards as well as fulfil their responsibilities
which is not just to learners but also for colleagues, institution and other area where they are
working as teacher. For conducting such activities within effective manner it is important for
teacher to set there personal as well as professional boundaries. This will set limits as well as
help in identifying what involve in professional roles. In addition to this, setting boundaries is
best way that use for defining professional duties, limitations and right of professional worker as
an teacher. When it comes to setting boundaries as teacher it is essential define duties and
everything that included in professional.
TASK 2 Brochure
Scenario
A school has added cap as a school uniform for all male pupils at school in order to
maintain uniformity at workplace. But, this implementation of this rule was not done effectively
as the school is consist of diverse culture pupil that includes Sikh boys too. According to the
Sikh culture male pupil studying in this skill was not wear cap as they are carry turban every
day. This develops indirect kind of discrimination at school because, school staff can not force
Sikh boys to quit their cultural value.
4.1 Explain why it is important to promote appropriate behaviour and respect for others
It is essential for all individuals who works in a teaching field to focus on treating each
and every pupil in learning area premises with respect. They are also required to follow some
basic behaviour mode so that surrounding would remain calm. With reference to given scenario,
it can be said that its mandatory for the school to give respect to the culture of every religion so
that better environment can be developed and parents of children can also feel satisfy that their
children are studying in right zone. It has been scene that the school has allowed Sikh boys to
follow their culture and moulded their norms accordingly. This has shown that appropriate
importance has been given to culture which depicts respect towards one another. Further, it has
been seen that this leniency of abidance of regulation in terms of culture has created
discrimination at school but, still it is essential for all sectors whether it belongs to academic

areas or other workplace every individual is required to give respect to every culture and cannot
force any of them to quit any of other norms which places negative influence over their core
religion.
4.2 Explain ways to promote equality and value diversity
There are several ways through which equality and diversity can be promoted. Some of
the common but effective way through which it can be done are understanding cultural variation
in language, provide personal values and beliefs, written communication, acknowledging
diversity in preparing resources etc. With reference to the current scenario, it has been analysed
that the best ways through which diversity can be promoted within the school is written
communication and providing high importance to values and beliefs of the individual so that
every one can understand its importance and give value to the same. It can be said that when
school has allowed Sikh boys to use their turban and with their uniform then this shows their self
initiative towards the support of diversity. Along with this, the same information can be further
shared to parents of individual in order to make them realise that the school is valuing every
culture and also giving equal priority in its following its norms as well.
4.3 Establish and sustain a safe, inclusive learning environment
It is essential for every teacher and academic associated people to provide safe learning
environment to all pupils so that they can learn effectively without being distracted with any
other work. For this, teacher as well as other staff of schools are required abide all code of
conducts or practices, school's policies and procedures, democratic approach, appropriate support
in mechanisms, identification of inappropriate behaviour of staff or pupils etc. This will help the
teachers in understanding whether the environment of the school fits to the pupil where they can
easily adapt learning. In context of given scenario, it is essential for the school staff to ensure
that overall environment of school is safe for children. This can be easily done by following
above stated all the measures so that appropriate learning environment can be created effectively.
For this, it is mandatory for them all to use democratic approach according to which equivalent
priority is given to all religion and culture. Along with this, the school staff is also required to
focus on identifying that actual behaviour of overall staff towards the culture. This will make
them understand any misconduct or wrong activity which affecting overall learning environment.
As a result, the staff can easily take some initiative towards the same and develop more effective
and safe learning environment for all pupil.

3.5 Opportunities for learners to provide feedback to inform inclusive practice
In FE college, there is one policy which introduce and it is related to male pupils that they
have to wear cap as part of there uniform. This is applied equally for everyone but excluding
Sikh boys because there religion requires them to wear turban. It have wide impact on other
people as such practices are indirect discrimination on the name of religion and belief. In this
situation, feedback is received from learner according to them it is important for educational
institution to implement such practices which will be followed by everyone without any type of
direct and indirect discrimination. As they should not have to implement such policy related to
dress code because it is creating indirect discrimination between Sikh and other people in which
religion and belief is consider as major factor of not following dress code by Sikhs people.
Thus, simply learners feedback is that college have to impose such policies,. Rules and
regulation which is required as well as normally expected by each and everyone person who is
part of that. So there will be not any type of discrimination in direct or indirect manner and
policies will be adopted by everyone without facing any issues. Along with this, no such factor
of like religion, beliefs, culture, cast and so on will be included for creating discrimination on the
basis of these in direct or indirect manner. So, respective educational institution should not have
to create this uniform policy because it is creating indirect discrimination between Sikh and other
people on the basis of religion and beliefs.
TASK 3 Report
1.4 Points of referral to meet the needs of learners
Learners are identified at the time of enrolment as well as initial assessment. Along with
this, additional learning support can be arranged through the related division within the business
firm. In addition to this, teacher as well as trainers should have duty to care towards the learners
who attending training, if learner have issues to share but that one is not in teachers or trainers
field, them would be pass the learner member into the relevant internal as well as external
service. Apart from this, there are several external services such as: financial staff, human
resource staff, careers department, housing, health and safety office, learning support staff, other
teacher and trainer, union staff, caretaker and many more. It is important for both teacher and
trainers that learner who is in-front of them are gaining full satisfaction as well as there needs are

also getting satisfied. When all these work together result in meeting learners need in effective
manner
2.1 Why it is important to identify and meet the individual needs of learners
It is important for teacher and professional to identify need of every particular learner so
that it will be fulfil in effective manner. So it is essential first to identify need and then fulfil this
so that need of each and every learner will be identified as well as get fulfil in better manner. As
in education area it is important for an teacher to analyse need of every individual person who is
sitting within class room. So that, this type of approach will be use by teacher which directly
satisfy need of learners. On the other hand, professional are mainly those person who provide
training for specific session for them it is also important to identify which area learner need to
develop their skills. In simple terms, basic reason behind identifying individual learner needs is
to fulfil them in effective manner. Furthermore, it will help in selecting appropriate approach
which help in meeting individual needs of learners.
2.2 Role and use of initial and diagnostic assessment in agreeing individual learning goals
Action of assessing something is known as assessment. Initial assessment in context of
education define the act of evaluating individuals needs and requirements. One of the main
benefit of this is that it help teachers in identify the current skills and competencies of students.
This help in plan future learning activities for them. In order to improve on everything, it is very
essential to first have proper and adequate information about that as this helps support the future
process. Assessment of skills of students helps both teachers and students as this guide teachers
about the approach that should be used to provide learning to that individual. Further, it is
beneficial for students as this makes them aware about the areas in which they lack. Overall this
process help both students and teachers to set future learning goals which then use as a
benchmark in order to examine the learning of student. Without initial assessment teachers
cannot identify the current competency of students which is very essential before engage them
in any kind of learning program. Overall, it can be said that initial assessment play a big role in
setting learning goals for the individuals. Absence of this makes the process of learning a lengthy
and difficult one.

2.3 Methods of initial and diagnostic assessment to agree individual learning goals with learners
It is clear that assessing needs of individuals is very essential as this increase the
effectiveness of learning process by clearly highlighting the areas of improvement. Various
methods are there that can be used by teachers in order to evaluating the current skills and
competencies of learners. Main methods that can be used by teachers to examine needs of
learners can be understood by following points:
Meeting and feedback from colleagues: This is one of the most effective method
assessing skills of individuals. In this all learners take part in meeting and share their
opinions about each other’s strengths and weakness. this help learner in identify the areas
of their expertise and also make them aware about the areas in which they need to
improve themselves in order to fulfil the requirements of a specific role.
Interview: This is another methods that could be employ by teachers in order to examine
the current competency level of learners in order to formulate a better and effective
learning plan for them. In this interviewer ask a number of questions from learner in
order to identify the level of their knowledge. Basically interview provide more accurate
results as this mainly a process of evaluating skills of learners.
Focus group interview: This is the third method which can be used to examine learner’s
current level of knowledge. Under this a trained individual asks various questions from
the learners in order to aware about their views and specific knowledge on some areas.
2.4 Record learners’ individual learning goals
Every learner has its own learning objectives and goals as per the current level of
competency. It is very essential for learner to be first aware about the areas in which he/she to
improve in order to ensure its professional development. Evaluation of current skills and
knowledge is the first and most important step in learning process as this is the step which define
all the future learning activities of learners. It is important for teachers to be aware about the
current competency level of their student so they can plan and deliver an excellent learning
program to them and can contribute more in their learning process. Evaluation process help in set
the activities that help improve the skills of individuals and help them in perform their role in
effective manner.

TASK 4 Create Scheme of Work
3.1 Scheme of work in accordance with internal and external requirements
A scheme of work refers to a plan or organising course work of education and learning or
some important skills like reasoning, mathematics and other, in systematical way. It mainly
focuses on breaking up a course into smaller lessons that tutors will teach in set period. This
would aid learners to get education more appropriately and learn each concept easily, without
much burden. therefore, for planning the systematic course and meet every needs of learners,
teachers can set each curriculum in following way -
Devise the scheme of work as per external requirements within internal processes
Devise session plans according to the need of learners and the manner in which they can
grab information more adequately.
Reflect on own ways of teaching and try to adopt more pedagogical skills for improving
the manner of same
Identify and devise more plans to enhance interest of learners towards course content, so
that they can learn in efficient manner.
TASK 5 Lesson Plan (Annotated with key evidences)
3.2 Design teaching and learning plans that respond to:
It is important for teacher to design teaching plan first so that they can conduct learning
session in more effective manner. As well session will help in gaining knowledge and
developing there skills in better manner :-
The individual goals and needs of all learners – It is important for teacher to design
there teaching or learning plan by keeping each and every individual in mind. So that, there need
will be fulfil in better manner as well as skills also develop.
Curriculum requirements – There are several curriculum which required by teacher to
be consider while developing plan explanation of these are as follows :-
Aims/objective of the session – Aim behind organising this teaching and learning session

Teaching method and learning activity – There is appropriate method that will be utilise
for teaching and learning is practical by designing some scenario. Because it is the best
way without practical work it is difficult to develop skill related to particular topic.
Opportunities for giving and receiving learner feedback – It is better to give feedback to
learners for conducting overall teaching and learning session in more effective manner.
Along with this, by taking feedbacks from learners it will be analysed by teacher or
professional that they need to improve or not. As well as which approach is more suitable
for them and they are learning thing or not. Thus, giving and receiving feedback is
important.
6.3 Use types and methods of assessment, including peer- and self assessment
Self and peer assessment are the two most important aspects in order to assess learning
process. With the help of peer and self assessment every person will be able to examine their
own strength and weakness and develop effective knowledge and skills according to the
requirements. For this, it is very essential to involve learners and students in the process of
assessment so that they can identify their own issues and problem areas. Along with this, tutors
can use various methods in order to assess their skills and knowledge as well as strengths and
weakness. Some of these methods includes observation, written questioning, oral questioning a s
well as project based assignments. All these method helps in assessing the performance and
develop policies if required for further development.
It has been identified that there are various types of assessment which is quite helpful for
assessing the performance. These types includes formative, diagnostic, benchmark and
summative assessment. It is required to produce valid, authentic, sufficient and correct
information in order to develop skills and knowledge so that they will be able to meet both
internal and external assessment. All these method helps in enhancing the skills and knowledge
of an individual which assist in developing positive outcome.
6.4 Use questioning and feedback to contribute to the assessment process
Assessment process refers to the method which helps in identifying the gap between
current and required skills needed by an individual in order to perform their task effectively and
within specific period of time. There are various method which is needed to assess and measure
the performance of individuals. It is very important to maintain records about the performance so
that it becomes easy to assess and examine the performance of each and every person on a
9
Document Page
regular basis. For assessing skills and requirements of individuals there are various methods used
by teachers and tutors which includes questioning and feedback method so that they can attain
their goals and objectives within specific time period. In case of questioning method, teachers
ask questions to their students which is related with the topic they have studied before. With the
help of this method, tutors will be able to know whether they have effective knowledge about a
specific topic.
Other than questioning method, feedback is the other method which assist in assessing
the performance, skills and knowledge of individuals in an effective manner. In this method,
teachers and tutors provide feedback to the individuals according to their work. Main aim behind
this method is to assess the learning of individuals and examine whether they need further
training sessions or not according to the requirements. With the help of this method, individuals
and learners will be able to identify that what they required to learn so that they can expand their
learning.
6.5 Record the outcomes of assessments to meet internal and external requirements.
It is very important to fulfill all the requirements in an effective manner and within given
time frame. In case of internal, it is very essential to fulfill all the requirement which includes
policies and strategies. With the help of feedback and questioning method, an individual will be
able to perform effectively and meet all the requirements in an effective manner and produce
positive outcome. Along with this, it has also been identified that with the help of these outcomes
an individual will be able to attain both internal and external requirements. It has been
determined that there are some internal and external requirements which plays very important
role in the overall development of the organization as well as of the individuals.
Thus, it is important to record overall outcome related to teaching and learning session
because it will help in meeting external as well as internal requirement of learner and teacher
both.
6.6 Communicate assessment information to other professionals with an interest in learner
achievement.
In order to make improvement in pedagogical style and increase learners' abilities, it is
essential for educators to communicate with other faculty members also. By communicating with
the, teachers can evaluate interest level of students in different subjects as well as their needs to
understand the subjects where they feel difficulty to learn. Since assesments in teaching and
10
Document Page
learning practices do not function in isolated manner, therefore, tutors must focus on increasing
effectiveness of curriculum as well. It reinforces the best practices within teaching methods to
grab attention of pupils towards studies. In this regard, by developing a communication with
other professionals in regular meetings, teachers can discuss about some specific needs of those
students who are not giving proper attention in classroom and curriculum studies. This would
help in developing more strategies and adopting new ways of teaching, so that purpose behind
teaching can be accomplished.
7.1 Analyze ways in which minimum core elements can be demonstrated in planning, delivering
and assessing inclusive teaching and learning
It is essential for every tutor to strive on including overall minimum core elements during
each lesson plan that they deliver. It mainly includes numeracy, language, literacy and ICT etc.
For example - Including numeracy in every type of subject quite looking difficult, like in arts
section. But it can be incorporated like to measure the glazing of pottery then how much section
needs to be glazed with different-different styles, numeracy can be included. Similarly, giving
wordcount to each questions also helps in increasing interest of learners towards numeracy.
Therefore, to fit these core elements, teachers are needed to begin with lesson plans which
includes each section of same. In Literacy, they need to set written assignments work,
participation of each students in presentation on board, use of hand out and more. Along with
this, set number of words for attempting each question within a set word count will help in
including numeracy under studies. In addition to this, including participation of learners in group
discussion and encouraging them to make interaction with others on given topic, will help in
including language as a most important core elements of teaching in every subject. Similarly, the
other elements like ICT can be fit with each subject by using computers for completing the
assignments. All these ways help in including minimum core elements under teaching and
planning the lessons for same.
7.2 Apply minimum core elements in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and
learning
To demonstrate the minimum core skills in teaching practices, it is essential for tutors to
know how to apply it in delivering the lessons. It includes the four minimum core skills that are
Literacy: writing, reading, knowledge of grammer, punctuation marks, spelling and more.

Language: Correct language and fluency in speaking and understanding the others by
listening
Numeracy: Including the concept of calculations, measurements, interpreting numerical
information etc.
ICT: Incorporate e'learning styles of teaching, virtual learning environment, smart
technologies, usage of internet for completing the assignments and different projects.
TASK 6 Reflective Account
3.3 How own planning meets the individual needs of learners
Planning stands to be one of the crucial aspect in the learning process as it takes into
consideration learning needs of an individual. Through considering the needs I tend to plan
certain actions through which purpose of learning is solved along with achievement of individual
objectives. For instance: I have recommended students to read verses of the bible as I am aware
it will be helpful for them in availing the answers which they are seeking. I tend to use diverse
materials related to learning involving audio and visual methods so that every individual is able
to grasp the same with the help of different material.
Additionally, being a trainer can also be considered as an opportunity through which my
personal experiences and circumstances are being shared with students. This approach has
emerged as one of the simplest manner through which learning can be facilitated. I have always
recommended my students to review the literature which has been studied during the classes as it
helpful in retaining the information which can be useful for them during higher courses. Planning
in teaching context have been fruitful as it provides an educator with an opportunity to adapt
strategies which are relevant to the learning environment. The planning will be helpful to me in
broadening horizon of the students.
3.4 Ways in which teaching and learning plans can be adapted to meet the individual needs of
learners
A scheme of work and particularly more detailed lesson plans can be adapted to meet the
needs of the learners by referring to the initial diagnostic assessment of the group and taking
individual learning styles of the learners. This allows planning for different learners, to use
different teaching methods and to evaluate the effectiveness for future sessions. A variety of
12
Document Page
learner activities helps concentration, changing and using new activities during the session helps
to increase levels of concentration. Good planning and organisation of time during session is
important, time for each task and making sure that you relay these times to the learners helps to
keep the session on track. Feedback from the learners will help in this evaluation. Inclusivity,
equality and diversity can be embedded in the session plan, further helping to meet the individual
needs of the learners. I adapted the structure to allow the learners better understanding of the
subject matter to enable them to relate it to their own placement experiences. The learners had
not understood my explanation and needed further clarity, so I reworded my explanation and
showed them 2 short videos that explained the subject matter clearly. They were then able to
complete the tasks set easily. In my evaluation of this session I made notes for the future to adapt
the session plan.
TASK 7
6.1 Explain the purposes and types of assessment used in education and training
One of the major purpose is to enhance the teaching methods of teachers and learning of
students in order to create ample number of opportunities in near future. Along with this,
assessment assist teachers, students and educators to find out what has actually taken place in
order to develop learning and understanding during a sequence of learning and teaching. Apart
from this there are various types of assessment approaches which can be used by individuals for
various reasons which assist in enhancing and developing learning. Some of the important types
of assessment are as follows:
Formative assessment: It is the first and foremost attempt used by tutors in order to
develop learning. It provide information and feedback while instruction is provided by tutors.
Goal behind this is to monitor the learning of students so that required feedback is given to the
students. With the assistance of given feedback, individual will be able to know what need to be
learn in order to expand their learning.
Summative assessment: It refers to the assessment which is used to know about what
extent the given instructions will be able to produce positive outcome. It is the assessment which
takes place when the learning is completed, so that achievements and performance of students
might be measured.

classroom are e-portfolio, text book, reference material, instructional videos, etc. All of these
resource are highly effective and valuable for the students as they are able to execute their work
responsibility at workplace in effective manner. It can be said that usage of text book and
instructional videos helps teachers in conveying actual method to the each and every learner as
they are directly connected with the right information that contributes in making students learn in
right directions. As a result, usage of these learning resources helps individuals in meeting
individual needs of the learners as well, because they are able to explain each and every concept
to the learners so that they can grab actual information from it.
5.4 Use inclusive teaching and learning approaches and resources, including technologies, to
meet the individual needs of learners
Inclusive learning is about ensuring all learners have the opportunity to be involved, to
contribute and to be included in the learning process. It’s also important to treat everyone fair
and equal without directly or indirectly excluding any individuals. Thus, it becomes essential for
teachers to don’t teach to a group of learners who are all the same, but to a group of individuals
with different experiences, abilities and needs which should be recognised and respected.
In this modern age, it is important to utilise technology as and where appropriate, provided
that it is being used as an educative as opposed to an entertainment tool. Providing access to the
curriculum via a school website is also useful, in that it encourages parents to be aware of
children's learning whilst also providing students access to materials at home to aid them with
their homework and coursework assignments. Thus, with the help of inclusive teaching and
learning approaches as well as resources along with technology needs of learners can be
effectively meet in well defined manner.
5.5 Demonstrate ways to promote equality and value diversity in own teaching
Equality and diversity, or multiculturalism, is the idea of promoting and accepting the
differences between people. More specifically, equality is about ensuring individuals are treated
fairly and equally, no matter their race, gender, age, disability, religion or sexual orientation.
Diversity is about recognising and respecting these differences to create an all-inclusive
atmosphere. Promoting equality and diversity in education is essential for both teachers and
students. The aim is to create a classroom environment where all students can thrive together and
understand that individual characteristics make people unique and not ‘different’ in a negative
way.

5.1 Analyse the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches used in own area of specialism
in relation to meeting the individual needs of learners
There are various of types of teaching approaches which are being used by school staff or
teachers in order to execute their job responsibilities effectively at workplace. By analysing this
with my own area of specialism that is being a teacher in the school, it has seen seen that there
are some core approaches which are being adopted by me at the time of delivering information to
my students in classroom session. Along with this, these approaches also contributes meeting
individual learners need. The main teaching and learning approaches are described as below
along with their effectiveness:
Practical work: It is the most effective approach used by a teacher while teaching to
students in the class. It is helpful in engaging pupils or learners in some practical activities that
are also helpful in engaging them in the learning activity for long term and contributes in
improving their knowledge on the same topic. Along with this, this approach also helpful in
providing appropriate assistance to the learners whenever they feel requirement.
Case studies: Case studies are carried out some realistic topic which develops interest of
individuals on particular topic. It also works on current knowledge and experience of individual
and contributes in its development as well.
Presentation: It includes two way communication between learner and teacher as whole
learning process is being carried out through media which makes it easier for learner to learn as
they are able to understand all concept with visual presentation. While understanding this
approach with the learning needs of individuals it can be said that it is feasible for all as they can
easily prepare notes for themselves (Tam, 2014). Along with this, it is also good for oral as well
as visual learning.
8.1 Assess the effectiveness of practice in planning, delivering and assessing
Planning: Planning refers to the process of of thinking about how you are going to teach
your students and enhance their learning on a specific and various topics. It is very essential for
the tutors to plan every thing before delivering lectures and providing training sessions to their

Delivering: It is the phase which comes after planning everything. It is the process of
implementing and executing everything teacher and tutor planned. According to this method,
while delivering the lectures, it is essential to create positive and healthy environment which
make easy to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.
Assessing: After planning and delivering required information to the students, it is very
essential to assess whether provided information is according to their plan or not. For this,
teacher and tutor need to assess by using observing, oral questioning and many other methods.
Above mentioned points assist in creating positive outcomes so that learning and
developing knowledge will be enhanced in an effective manner. In order to examine the
effectiveness of these practices, it is required to determined everything in advance. It is essential
for tutors so that they improve their current skills according to the situation.
8.2 Identify areas for improvement in practice in planning, delivering and assessing
Planning: In case of planning method, it is essential to plan everything by considering
past performing, present requirement and future outcomes. It is required to plan each and every
thing in a systematic manner, so that positive results will be produced. In case of teaching, it is
required to plan everything according to the requirements and situations arise. Thus, it will assist
in developing strategies and policies according to the conditions in an effective manner.
Delivering: Second phase is delivering in which teacher deliver what they decide and
plan in advance in order to enhance the skills and knowledge of an individual. It is very essential
to improve the delivering process so that they will be able to perform effectively and according
to the situation. Apart from this, delivering need to be clear and easily understandable by
everyone so that there knowledge and skills can be improved.
Assessing: At last it is required to assess and measure the performance and knowledge of
each and every individual which is given by them in order to improve their skills. It is very
important to assess on a regular basis, so that further training and learning will be provided if
required by individuals.
CONCLUSION
After going through above discussion it has been concluded that education and training
both are different from each other but there motive is to develop knowledge of particular person.
Although, there are some differences also such as teacher help in gaining theoretical knowledge

mainly. On the other hand, professional are those who help in gaining practical knowledge
related to specific factor. Along with this it is important for every teacher and professional to not
create any such policies or framework which result in negative impact or creative direct and
indirect discrimination. Furthermore, there is wide relationship within teacher and professional
as discussed above along with some boundaries of practical and theoretical knowledge. It is
important for teacher to design proper teaching plan which fulfil need of every individual learner
