However, the plan and the ways in which I delivered the proposed topic to the students are found
to be useful in most of the cases. The drawbacks o the plan lies in the time table planning of the
session, that were found to little hectic for the students. Hence, feel that there is room for
development in my practical skills. I must concentrate more on my communication and on my
problem solving skills. I can use an online translator for the verbal communication with the
students and can start receiving feedback in every one hour within the 5 hour session. I feel and
hope this will help me developing my communication level with the students.
For my practical skills on the problem solving I must improve my concentration and observation
level while identifying and solving the problems of the students in the session. I think that I should
take a short period of time in finding out and marking the problem of the students. In addition, I
also need to increase my concentration level in order to solve the problem of the students

I found out from the assessment task that there are few drawbacks of mine as the teacher which are
lacking the students in terms of proper understanding of the course material. I can use the feedback
of the supervisors as well as the students in assessing my drawbacks in planning and delivering the
learning plan. The feedback of the learners can help me in acquiring new ways for teaching which will
help them understanding the topic more easily. In other hand, the feedback from the supervisors will
guide me for more improvised and structured planning of the teaching practice.
