Effectiveness of teaching practice:
The effectiveness of the teaching practice implies the effectiveness of the planning,
delivering and assessing the learning experience to the students according to the session plan.
For this purpose the feedback has been used as the tool for measuring the effectiveness. The
effectiveness is as follows:
Planning: Planning is one of the major and basic parts of the session. The proper planning of
the session refers to the proper deliverance of the expected and required knowledge and
information to the students. According to my planning, I was able to deliver all he proposed topic
to the session within the proposed time. I hope most of the students have met the expected goals
of the learning outcome.
Delivering: Delivering is the second most important stage in the teaching. Proper delivering of
the proposed topic leads to the expected outcome from the students at the end of the session. The
effectiveness of the delivering lies in the excellent result of the students as well as the practical
use of the learning both in the daily life and in the career.
Assessing: Assessing is the last and the most important stage of the teaching. The assessment if
the teachers of the self as well as of the students makes the teachers understand both the flaws
and drawbacks in the teaching process and the development level of the students. The discussed
assessment methods that I have used in the in the teaching practice has enabled me in assessing
the individual needs and abilities of the learner and plan the further leering session accordingly.
