basically involves teaching about in which manner different language patterns and choices
represent and views and document ideas of the world by a range of genres. Literacy teaching has
great impact on the children's development and learning where skills of literacy has been
developed from the knowledge of spoken language.

By communicating with others, the young children develop their own competence at
linguistic level and it allows the children in order to develop the communicative abilities in the
entire their lives. Literacy plays a very significant role in terms of the overall development and
growth of children as well and it supports in terms of developing a strong sense of citizenship an

to save environment into positive manner. It also help in terms of creating awareness about the

awareness on the global basis. It has been implicated from both the assessment that English is
very important for overall growth and development of the individual (Ennis., 2015).The
humanities and social sciences not only increases the awareness regarding the environment but

manner. In this manner, students can grab the things into positive manner and can retain the
concepts for longer period of time as well. It has been also recommended that they can made
policy regarding the days for particular subjects so that they do not have burden to bring lots of
books and also need not to study different number of subjects into a single day. By adopting this
practice they can easily memorise the concepts into result oriented manner as well.

They can adopt teacher centred instruction, cooperative learning and other teaching
methods which can help in terms of students overall development and growth as well. These are
the recommendations for teaching practices and policies for the assessment of English in the
primary school.

The above stated report concludes that English plays a very significant role at the
organisational and academics level as well. It has been concluded that the concept of literacy is
very important which needs to be understood into deeper level as well. It has been determined

perform into effective manner. There are certain factors which contribute to the use of the
assessment and there are certain potential effects of the assessment into the context of children's
overall development and growth as well. There are certain recommendations which can be used
in terms of improving the teaching styles and certain methods which can be used for the overall
development and growth of students into the overall manner. So from the academic point of view
learning and growth is very important so that students can enhances their confidence level into
