1.2. Establish and sustain a safe inclusive learning
environment.
• It is very essential to establish or maintain a safe inclusive learning
environment so that students and teachers both feel safe in the
classrooms. I will put my efforts so that I can establish and maintain a
safe inclusive learning environment, here are the ways:

Skinner Operating Conditioning Theory
• The theory of B.F. Skinner is based upon the idea that learning is a
function of change in overt behavior.
• Changes in behavior are the result of an individual’s response to events
(stimuli) that occur in the environment.
• A response produces a consequence such as defining a word, hitting a ball,
or solving a math problem

a safe, inclusive teaching and learning environment.
• Changes in behaviour are the result of human
response to events that arise in the

• In order to maintain a safe and inclusive
teaching as well as learning environment in my
classrooms, I used to keep eye on the needs of
each and every students.
• I apply William Glaser model and try to fulfil
all the basic needs of students in order to
motivate them.
