INTRODUCTION
Assessment is one of crucial components that aids to student to learn things effectively.
However, with use of it, student can feel motivated and able to understand the things effectual
(Chonjo, 2018). In addition to this, well designed and framed assessment motivates the learning to
deliver innovative work to all individuals. It is continuous process that that arises due to
interaction between learning and teaching.
Thus, present report will cover activities about Teaching, Learning & Assessment in Education
& Training in order to meet out the individual learner needs.
TASK 1
1.1
Being the teacher, the one of the main object is to encourage learners so that they can be
capable enough to enhance their learning capacity.
Thus, some aspects of role as a teacher are-
 To set clear and specific interaction with learners, professionals and other stakeholders.
 To take effective action that aids to enhance and promote better learning to individuals.
 Being aware of support mechanism available (Noddings, 2018).
 Identify and meet individual learning needs.
There are some aspects to responsibilities as a teacher are as-
 To provide diversity and equality.
 To get adhere with key governing, regulative necessitate and code of practices.
 To provide better endurance to the professional development.
1.2
The most crucial legislation that passed by parliament are as follows-
 Equality act 2010- It stated that employees must be treated equally by the age, gender,
group, religious belief and motherhood.
 Data protection act 1998- This law stated that it is essential to protect the information
about the individual. This aids to carry out all activities effectively.
 safeguarding vulnerable groups act 2006- The person needs to protect from
discrimination of vulnerable groups that are inclusive of criminal records (Gulikers,
Runhaar and Mulder, 2018).

 Health and safety work act 1974- In order to protect from it, the risk assessment must be
drawn that enables the activities that safety must be handled and all things can conducted
accordingly.
1.3
Teacher and trainers must be assure about the treatment for the learners is fairly and
equally. This cannot be judged on the basis of factor as age, role, religion and sexual orientation.
Thus, these are as-
professional boundaries- It can be achieved by following below things as are-

To be sure about the deadlines and time restraints.
Personal boundaries- This is crucial to give preferential treatment to one or group of learners. It
also aids to promote everyone equally. Teacher must nit give any personal information and get
personally involved with student.

It is important for the learners that they have been fee back due to their progression and
the areas that is need to be looked into it and also worked for each and every part. It is being
given in the whiteboard about their reference throughout the lesson (Lam, 2015). Feedback
helps in improving and developing the into more structured way and it also improves the need of
all learners. I feel that there will be having the sufficient opportunities to the learner and help
them in excel in their practice and also make them more efficient.
4.1
Inequality and the discrimination is being challenged to guarantee the fairness, decency and
respect among the students. To create the safe and relaxed environment at the same learners are
also motivated and focused also they are able to participate, can ask questions that determine
how they can learn and also allow them that to use the potential and achieve the goals. Students
must know how to behave with the teachers and understand in giving the respect to the teachers
as it is important aspect in the school. (Widiati and Hayati, 2017).

Equality defined as right of individual to have the chance, access and can take part in the
chosen trainings in regard of age, ability as well as condition that understand everyone and being
different but contain the same right. In the school it is important for all the students to wear the
school uniform that is same for all the students as it reflect the equality in the given scenario all
the male pupil have to wear the cap except the Sikh boys that they are having the turban as their
religion requires them to wear that turban, it is being implied so that they can avoid the
discrimination among the students and they all were treated equally. At the same there should not
be having any racial discrimination (Lam, 2015).
4.3
It is important for the school that in the premises there is having the safe and having the
inclusive learning environment they must be have the proper behaviour management procedure
and also make it clear to the students that they have to follow the procedure also the order of
consequences at the students must know how to present in the school and being able to redeem
themselves from the good behaviour. It is also equally important that the students have to do the
equal participation in establishing the classroom (Widiati and Hayati, 2017).
TASK 3

Learner can be termed out as identified at enrolment, initial assessment and additive
learning support that all needs to be get arranged with relevant department in organisation.
Additionally, teachers and trainers have duty of care towards the learner present training (James
and Casidy, 2018). Henceforth, the number of the services are as financial staff, careers
department and housing health and safety office etc. If the problems involved the training,
teachers or trainers being delivered and this is crucial to provide additional support to try to
resolved the problems.
2.1
The learners must be assess as individual and do the things that provide better learning to
the individuals. Learner who have physical impairments may be faster for differed culture ad
this can affect the concentration with English as second language. Henceforth, each teacher must
believe and understand that all their learner needs effective support. By identifying and meeting

individual learners aids to boost their morale and encourage them to perform their best.
Therefore, the learner that need more personalised instructions can also sit bit closer to teacher.
2.2
Diagnostic assessment is the kind of pre assessment that allows teacher to have
identification about individual strength, weakness, skills and knowledge prior to instruction. This
is one of the appropriate teaching and learning strategies that aids to achieve the personal core
aspect of individuals (Bruno, and Dell’Aversana, 2018). Diagnostic assessment adds to the
information that can be gathered from initial assessment. This is very effective tool as it support
to identify about the learner needs and can access to the appropriate support. However, it is
primarily used to diagnose issues of students and to provide effective guidelines in lesson and
curriculum planning.
2.3
As first assessment supply the basis to which student can give initiate to their studies. It is
crucial and imperative part of the process that put major focus on individual learning goals.
Henceforth, the questionnaires, act, one to one assessment unit work can assist ascertain stage in
which individual learning and goals can be set accordingly (Vickerman and Maher, 2018).
The diagnostic assessment are relate to the specific skill that it provide baseline to
facilitate the relevant knowledge, learning preferences that in the form of visual, aural and

this can be addressed as necessary.

It is crucial to be aware about the student learning goals in manner to take advantage for
teacher to be aware of their students preferred styles. Learning goal works as backbone of the

by subject, concept, theme and topic in the course of study.
By assessing the needs of learner of an each individual aids to create better and positive

Henceforth, it is concluded that to meet the need of learners the teaching plan needs to
adapted in manner that approximately 60 minutes of time has been allotted to cover these two
task. This scheme of work will be helpful to meet out the learning needs of learners.

3.2
The main aim is to modify learner to increase knowledge of current economic issues at
national level. This is very important that firstly I must have understand requirement of course of
study and the individual needs of all learners To address the need of students, it have been
provided that the variety of learning opportunities such as diversified resources rather than
focussing on textbooks.
By evaluating these areas, I will gain the better idea of learning needs of the individual
learners that provide effective support on evolving appropriate curriculum and teaching
strategies for them.
Additionally, the lesson plan meet out the curriculum requirements for group as well
individual learners. It engages all the learners in learning process during the first 35 minutes in
order to fulfils the learning needs of the individual learner. Therefore, it can be stated that
provision of notes, references, power point presentation, any special aids give this plan a
competition.
5.4
In my comprehensive instruction learning process, the main purpose is to make use of
each manageable effort that impart the maximal knowledge to learners. Additionally, I have
adopted the learning approach as flexibility and adaptability in teacher driving technique that
aids to keep my voice clear and audible. I have also started to write down on the board so that
learner can also read and see the things effectively. In order to make my session interactive, I
have also used of recaps of lecture, audio and visual presentation. To make the more attractive
session, I have also used projectors, power point presentation that assist my learner in order to
get better understanding of the concepts.
Therefore, I have also started to conduct taste practices about evaluating the learning of
an individual. It helps the learner group in order to build harmony and group action among the
group. I have also assigned them small level projects and plan that are expected to make critical
decision related to economy. Therefore, I have analysed that it has helped me in order to gain
more assurance and practical knowledge of subjects.

To handle the diverse group of scholar is a huge duty on part of me. It is crucial to
maintain the harmony and equality among the learners. In order to make it effective, I have
interacted with the student from multicultural backgrounds. Thus, it is also helped me in order to
give knowledge about the learning levels and scenarios that has helped me in dividing the class
decorum. Therefore, by framing better planning strategies aids to bring equality among the
learner needs.
In order to understand them, I have started exploring different religion, cultures and good and
bad habits. This is one of the effective method as it help me in polishing my own teaching
requirements.
5.6
At time of designing for my learners I must take initiatives that can help to design method
of the assessment that helps to meet out the needs of the individual learners. Thus, five key areas
