INTRODUCTION
The teaching is defined as a professional career where the teacher helps an individual to
meet their needs and requirements in order to be effective learner. It is very important for the
teacher to practice various learning methods in order to enhance learning of an individual within
the classroom. The learning is an important aspect for the both teacher and students in order to be
effective within the society. The education for the students is dependent on the prof4essors. This
report will include the discussion on various topic of the specialisation area which is business
management. (Ansarian, L. and Teoh, M.L., 2018). The various topic which are included in this
report are various theories and practices which need to be considered by the teacher in order to
enhance learning for students.
TASK 1
1.1 Analyse own role and responsibilities in education and training
Below mentioned are the several roles and responsibilities of business management teacher in
education and training:
The teacher have to work in such a way who can engage the students in the subject of
business management.
The major role of teacher is to develop the learning material for their students along with
doing the promotion of respect and behaviour for other people.
Motivating learners is the another responsibility of teachers along with creating the
several ground rules (Freudenreich and Schaltegger, 2020).
Important role of teacher is to analyse and using the own research in order to develop
own practice.
1.2 Summarise key aspects of legislation, regulatory requirements and codes of practice relating
to own role and responsibilities
There are several regulations which are being required to be followed which leads to the
introduce effectiveness and efficiency while performing my task. Below mentioned are the
various important regulatory requirements:

Equality Act (2010): It is the law which plays an important role in avoiding the
discrimination which is based on several components such as sex, belief, religion and
many others.
Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (2006) leads to avoiding any kind of harm which
can be done by preventing the group of people who are not the right person to perform
the task.
Data Protection (1998) has been developed for the purpose of protecting data which is
being stored in the technical system for the users.
Healthy and Safety work Act (1974) helps in setting the projects along with the roles
and duties of employers related to their employees (Donthu, Kumar and Pattnaik, 2020).
Control of Substance Hazardous of Health (2002) is applicable in such business

harm. It is necessary for each and every business organisation to prepare code of actions
which include behaviour, dressing, disciplinary and time keeping.
As a teacher of business management, I have to regulate several code of conduct and I
have to complete the work in such a manner which can avoid the discrimination on the
basis of gender, race, disability and many others.
1.3 Analyse the relationships and boundaries between the teaching role and other professional
roles
It has been found as essential for teachers and trainers to do coordination with the other
professional role. The other professionals are required to keep maintain their level of standard
which help them in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. I have to set the necessary
boundaries which also result in the creation of setting the professional role as well. Below
mentioned are the several points which are found as necessary to consider while working with
the other professionals:

Developing contact with the companies to acquire or attain the equipments, providing the
best contribution along with attending the team meetings.
Developing the relationship of effective communication with the staff members through
doing measurement of both internal as well as external quality assurance of task.
Supporting to the staff members for the purpose of addressing the individual learners
requirements through gaining the technical support to their learners (Ramli and Soelton,
2018).
It has been found as essential to do the proper respect to the other professionals which is
possible by introducing polite and collaborative behaviour in myself.
1.4 Describe points of referral to meet the needs of learners.
Students or learners can be recognised several times while performing the process of
teaching. At the stage of training, all the teachers and trainers have the responsibility of taking
care of their students. In the case, if students face any difficulty, they can easily assist through
the internal or external service. Several of external services include safety office, health, housing,
human resource staff, finance staff, career department, support workers, union employees, other
instructor and trainers and many others. The instructors or trainers are responsible for finding the
solution to the situation in case of any difficulty.

The morale of individual can be encouraged through identifying and meeting the
requirements of individual learner. In some specific situation, it has been found that the mass
communication can not provide high advantage to the learners (Rendtorff, 2019). I have realised
that if I provide individually prescribed instruction (IPI), it assist several students to comprehend
and educate them related to business management.

The test of diagnostic helps the teacher in knowing about the strength and weakness. It
also develop the learning goals and learning techniques which are found as necessary to
achieve them.

At this stage, teacher have a good understanding about the goals of learners. This skill
within me help me in understanding the learning preferences, current understanding and their
academic learning. It help me in setting the goals alongside the learners for the upcoming year of
academics. These goals can be come from the several areas related to the business management
which include employability skills, course of personal development, enhancement practices and
many others. It is necessary that the goals set by me should be in the form of SMART targets
which means Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed.
2.4 Record learners’ Individual learning goals
It helps in ensuring the goals are well rounded and can be easily achieved by the learners.
While I was recording goals of individual learner, I use Individual Learning Plan (ILP) which is
platform for recording the goals and date the goals whilst getting the acknowledge them
(Coghlan, and Shani, 2018).

diversity at work place. By developing the explicit standards in the classroom help the teacher in
creating diversity in the class. All the educational professionals and students have to get equal
and fair chances.

In order to develop the safe the learning environment at the learning place, the teachers

method of teaching through which the students can learn easily in an effective and efficient

well. It is very important for teacher to give the regular feedback to its students whether it is in

analysed that even non- verbal form of communication is important in order to identify the body

It is identified that there is need of several resources in the specialisation area which is
business management. It is very important that the teacher focus on adopting the use of several

effective and efficient way. It is very effective that the teacher is able to use the different
resources in order to enhance the ability of learners. These resources are found as an effective
tool for teachers in order to make their students learn the concept of the specialisation area.
These respire also provide the equal opportunity to students.

The inclusion is defined as the setting in which every student can participate completely
and also without any interference or restrictions. In order to be an effective teacher I need to
make ensure of using the various methods in which I can encourage my students to be more
active and participate in the various practices which is been considered within the classroom. It is
very important for me to practice the group works which can motivate my students to perform
and learn in a better way. I can assign the group projects which is related to the specialisation
area which can help students to make a better learning by performing the task within the group.
