INTRODUCTION
Learning is important for the people because it help in improving their skills and
knowledge for getting desired goals and targets. In an organisation, manager duty and
responsibility is to conduct training and development programmes for their employees to
improve their learning style (Simonson, Smaldino and Zvacek, 2014). The education is necessary
for an individual because it assist in given excellent knowledge and ability which build up
confidence and take correct decision. This will assist in developing and formulating abilities and
capabilities for present the accurate views and opinions. This will help in keeping active and
healthy for long time period. By learning, an individual can think better for achieving desired
targets and goals in proper manner. Learning help in increasing productivity and effectiveness
for a person. In this report, analysis of roles and responsibilities in training and education and
different factors of legislation, regulatory and requirements are discussed.
