INTRODUCTION
Teaching refers to the knowledge and sharing the experience into concerted form which
is organised within the environment into discipline form. Learning can be defined as the process
of understanding, skills, acquiring new knowledge, attitudes and preferences. Learning is
important because it help in terms of enhancing the level of individual into positive terms with

the main elements in evaluating and delivering the teaching and learning as well. The report
consist of effectiveness of the use of innovative and creative approaches and also about the
theories of behaviour management and also about the practice in creating and maintaining the
safe which has taken about the theories of behaviour management. Moreover, the report will
cover discussion about the delivery of inclusive learning and teaching and also about the practice
of assessment that has been taken into account of principles, theories and assessment. The report
also consist of effectiveness of own practice in delivering, planning and assessing the the
inclusive learning and teaching.
MAIN BODY
Task A
a)Evaluate the pedagogical principles application
The key pedagogical principles which is focused on learning-teaching methods and
arrangements, relationship to people and learning environment, expected skills and attitudes.
There are five main pedagogical principles that includes motivation, inclusion, assurance,
quality, innovative and consistency approaches. In context to health and social care it is
important to focus on the relationship with other people and the different kind of skills which
help the individual to grow into positive terms and development as well(Foley ed., 2020). Within
the social care, it is important to develop this learning that how to treat people into positive
context so that results can be achieved into positive manner. The application of these principles
within the specialisation area plays a very significant role where they contribute into context of
