INTRODUCTION
Teaching and learning have their own importance in every personal individual life. The
present report aim is to provide deep knowledge related to teaching and learning in a student life.
To achieve future goals and objectives, an individual or student has a knowledge related to their
subject. Report identify and meet the individual needs of learner and analyse the role and use of
initial and diagnostic assessment for individual learning goals. Further it describe the importance
of appropriate behaviour and the ways to promote the equality and value the diversity. Report
present the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches which is used in order to meet the
needs of an individual and also analyse the effectiveness of resources as well as benefits of
communication methods and media. Study also present different learning and teaching
approaches which help to meet individual needs and describe the purpose and assessment which
is used in education and training with their effectiveness.
Report further analyse the ways of minimum core elements which are used to
demonstrate in planning, delivering and assessing teaching. Report also describe the roles and
responsibility of ant all over with the companies choices. teacher and different codes of practice
as well as legal requirements that help to relate own roles. Report also shows the relationship
with teacher with other professional roles by showing the internal as well as external

all the learner or student should acquire equal hopes and must follow the aspirations from their
learning. For this reason teacher has to identify as well as meet the individual learner which help
them to achieve best quality because in a classroom, each student come with their emotional,
behavioural and social challenges. But it is up to a teacher to identify their weakness and then
apply measure in order to overcome such problem and then acquire education without any
barriers. After it they should develop talent and remove all negativity in a classroom and creates

Make the learning environment flexible- In this, it is essential to include multiple options and
approaches to the delivery of instruction with help of this it is possible to support learning of the
learners. The one of the thing that I cannot handle effective that is I sometime be anger at the
time of make leaner understanding about the things. Due to this, I got frustrated and it is one of
main lacking part of my teaching.
Communication- I am also not effective in order to make proper communication with each
learners. Sometimes, I forgot to communicate the essential thing to learner due to their the
performance of mine as well learner got affected in the badly manner. I need to improve this so
that I can able to carry out the activities effectively.
8.2 Identification on the areas for improvement in own practice in planning, delivery and
assessments.
Improvement in the learnings and performance can be considered as the one of the
effective skill. It is crucial to timely bring modification in the type of learning of the learner. This
will be helpful in order to provide better and efficient learning to the learners (Arnab and et.al.,
2015).
In order to bring effectiveness in learning there are two activities has been presented as self
assessment as are-
Big five- The Big five personality test is helpful in order to exploring the personality with the
help of the five model. This self assessment is based on the things as are openness,
agreeableness, extraversion, neuroticism and conscientiousness. This is one of the effective
assessment model as it is based on the modern personality research.
Mapp- It is one of the effective assessment as it is named as the Motivational appraisal personal
potential it is perfect for the learner, graduates and the working adults in order to carry out the

activities effectively. With help of it, the better information can be matches to the unique
assessment profile.
Areas for improvement-
 The teacher should provide the notes to the each students so that they can have proper
stuff to expand their learning effectively. With help of adequate stuff they are able to
provide better and effective learning to the students.
 There is need to be development in the clear and wide expectation of student leaning and
achievement that all are will be helpful in terms to provide better support.
 The teacher should work as to provide effective teaching with help of accessing the
learning requirement of the learner. By formulating all the strategies before the things can
be carried out in the effective manner.
 It is essential to review the learning process of learners so that they can determine the
progress of the student in the effective manner.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that teaching and learning plays their
important role in an every work place. An effective teaching will help a learner to attain their all
defined goals in an effective manner. The report also concluded that an effective teaching help a
student to grab all opportunities for their future development. In addition to this, report also
identify the needs of a learner which means that teacher should first identify the individual needs
of the learner and then take some initials steps for their further development. Further report also
concluded that to promote equality and valuing the diversity is also necessary for a teachers
because it will help to give and take respect. Report also provide various learning methods which
helps to meet their individual needs as well as goals. For a teacher it is necessary to have an
effective communication skills so that it will further assist them to convey exact message to their
customers.
Report also concluded that assessment is also necessarily for a students because it will
help to provide a exact information related to a student. Through assessment, a teacher can easily
analyses their weak points as well as strength and further describe minimum core elements such
numeracy and English which should be deliver and assessing during an inclusive learning and

teaching. Report also concluded some key aspects of legislation as well as regulatory
requirement which are needed by the teachers and then review the effectiveness of own planning
and learning during learning or teaching an inclusive method.
