INTRODUCTION
Teaching and learning have their own importance in every personal individual life. The
present report aim is to provide deep knowledge related to teaching and learning in a student life.
To achieve future goals and objectives, an individual or student has a knowledge related to their
subject. Report identify and meet the individual needs of learner and analyse the role and use of
initial and diagnostic assessment for individual learning goals. Further it describe the importance
of appropriate behaviour and the ways to promote the equality and value the diversity. Report
present the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches which is used in order to meet the
needs of an individual and also analyse the effectiveness of resources as well as benefits of
communication methods and media. Study also present different learning and teaching
approaches which help to meet individual needs and describe the purpose and assessment which
is used in education and training with their effectiveness.
Report further analyse the ways of minimum core elements which are used to
demonstrate in planning, delivering and assessing teaching. Report also describe the roles and
responsibility of ant all over with the companies choices. teacher and different codes of practice
as well as legal requirements that help to relate own roles. Report also shows the relationship

another method which help to promote equality as well as diversity. In order to raise or promote
the equality and diversity, teachers has to share their own ideas as well as point of view so that it
will help to create better opportunities in order to changes student or learner mental health.
