IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING

INTRODUCTION
 Learning is anxious with the attainment of knowledge, skills and attitudes.
 Development is the deepening of knowledge within one line with the
development of goals.
 Training and education is providing knowledge to individuals in order to
enhance the knowledge sense within others.
 The major purpose of learning development is to prepare students in order
to attain knowledge that has been utilized by them in their future terms
within the organization in which they will work .
 Learning will help them to attain goals and objective of the company.
 The trainer is responsible for the learning and development within students
in order to identify the gaps and take initiatives accordingly in order to fill
such gaps through deliver effective training sessions.

ROLES
1. Teacher
 Must fulfil is that of resource specialists,
 Support students while learning a new skill or piece of
information
 Mentor for students
 Helping hand for youngsters
 Learner
2. Trainer
 Knowing more and more about people learning styles.
 Training line managers effectively
 Guiding others to establish strategic directions for the learners.
 Constantly being in touch with learners while work is in progress.

 Monitoring as well as enhancing performances by providing
encouragement as well as construction feedback from them in return
o their effectiveness.
 Identifying strengths and weaknesses of learners.
 Developing training programmes.
 Advising about recent issues that require coach to learn efficient

 Provides critical support in guiding new teachers in order to enhance
their planning, content knowledge as well as instructions.
 Helps to familiarize new teachers to the school community as well
as students in making good relations with them.
 Serves emotional support in their challenging phase of teacher’s
career.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Policies as well as procedures are base for any organization from
their vision as well as objectives which are usually formed in
strategic management meetings at the top level of the
management of any organization. In major of the companies, the
department managers develop department specific policies and
procedures based on the nature of work tasks. The managers are
whole and sole in charge or responsible for checking final drafts
of policies as well as procedures framework and for gazetting
policies and thus forwarding feedbacks received in order to the
accountable officer.

LEGISLATION AND
REGULATION
Legislation and regulations are two different concepts that maintain a
clear division of labour while legislation sets out the principles of public
policies, regulations implement these principles in order to bring
legislation into effect. There are certain rules and legislations that have
been prepared by government in order to make the work place ethical
and safe for the employees to work there. Laws related to health and
safety of workers, data protection acts, to maintain professional as well
as vocational standards, evaluation and effective fulfilment of
organizational as well as employees requirements, code of conduct and
many more.

PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
Personal boundaries are limitations, rules as well as guidelines in
order to identify safe, permissible and reasonable ways for the
people to behave towards them and the way in which they
respond when an individual passes those limitations. Such type of
boundaries has been built surrounding by an individual after their
previous experiences with time and their commitments towards
their work as well as individuals who affects ones behaviour. It
does include individual skills in order to handle any situation and
their confidence to resolve that issues in an appropriate manner as
well as effectively.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
Professional boundaries are ethical, legal as well as organizational
frameworks that protect both the clients as well as workers from
any kind of physical and emotional harm and thus help to
maintain safe working environment. It includes confidentiality of
team roles, job description of any specific post, management
structures within the organization that needs to be followed by
employees of specific department, lines to communicate that
needs to be followed by an individual and many more that needs
to be followed under the behaviour of professional boundaries
that restricts them in order to act professionally at their work
place to manage things efficiently.

EVIDENCE
 As a teacher it is highly important to understand learners as well
as their requirements and thus use this to inform approach to
teaching. Shifting towards more holistic approach can help in
order to release stress of both teacher as well as students in the
classroom to create a receptive environment that will help
students to achieve success in their future terms.
 For instance teachers acts as a learning facilitator which can lead
to better usage of classroom time as well as student-teacher
interactions. Each and individual learner is completely different
from others and it is important to use an array of different
teaching styles in order to provide every learner a chance to
become success. This is completed by primary assessments where
teachers learn how each individual learns most effectively through
their audio, visual as well as kinaesthetic skills.

CONCLUSION
 From the above report it has been concluded that there are various
and different roles of individuals which they have to play in order
to provide detailed knowledge and understanding to others.
 It also describes the responsibilities, rules and regulations they
have to follow in order to complete their tasks efficiently.
 Teachers also have to set their personal boundaries in order to
make the students aware about this concept as well.
 They also teach them professional boundaries which helps an
individual in their professional career in their future terms.
