INTRODUCTION
It is been observed that the teaching is the most challenging profession where there is the
requirement of the lot of efforts and the upgradation from time to time. This is the profession
where the professor needs to be updates and requires the utmost knowledge in the specific
field. There are various responsibilities of the teacher in order to make understand the topic to
the student. It is the profession where there is the continuous learning of the student and

1.1Analysis of own roles and responsibilities in education and training
There are three stages defined in the teaching process where the role of the teaching
includes the planning session within the classroom and involving the students in the
discussion part. The various stages are discussed below:
It is observed that at the first stage of the teaching cycle is that the professor needs to
create the equity minded instructions so that the teacher is able to meet the desires and
the needs of students. Another important aspect is to analyse the needs and involve the
student in the concept. The teacher is responsible for collecting the material which can be
benefitted for the student in understanding the concept of the subject. The advantage of
roles and tasks in the first stage of the teaching cycle is that it supports fulfilling need of
every student. The drawback of roles and responsibilities in this stage is that it is time
consuming at times. (Bretag, T., and et.al., 2019)
The second stage of the teaching cycle describes as the teacher need to implement on the
planned curriculum within the limited time period and giving the right instructions to the
students within the classroom. This has an advantage for the teacher that the planned
material can give the advantage to the student and the professor both. stage while
disadvantages that the student responsibilities can make teaching rigid and reduce
student engagement.
In the third stage the roles and the responsibility of the teacher is that the teacher needs to
evaluate the student at every level by conducting the various assessments. This will
enhance in the success of the individual. This is the benefited to the student for the
personal development and growth and the disadvantage can be the possibility of the
education repetitive and mind- numbing for the students because as the continuous
