AI Summary
This project report details the implementation of a Teaching and Learning System (TLS) in a High Quality Institute. It utilizes an agile methodology for the System Development Lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, planning, design, development, release, and monitoring. The report includes a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to organize tasks, a PERT chart to visualize project timelines and critical paths, and an Entity-Relationship (ER) diagram to model data relationships. Furthermore, it presents a financial analysis with Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period, and Return on Investment (ROI) calculations to assess the project's economic viability. The report covers the project's various phases, from initial requirements to system release and ongoing monitoring, providing a comprehensive overview of the system's development and evaluation.

2PROJECT REPORT
Introduction
The following assignment would consider the project of “Implementation of Teaching
and Learning System in High Quality Institute” and the report would comprise of system
development lifecycle, work breakdown structure, Pert Chart, Entities and their attributes, ER
diagram, NPV, Payback Period, and ROI Calculation.
System Development Lifecycle
The development of the effective project plan for the project of “Implementation of
Teaching and Learning System in High Quality Institute” can be developed by using the
traditional agile methodology for system development life cycle. The development of the agile
methodology would be helpful for forming the development of the effective implication of the
processes and formation of the unique support for the development. The following diagram
would show the iterative agile software development lifecycle for the project,

3PROJECT REPORT
The agile software development lifecycle comprise of 6 phases namely requirements,
plan, design, develop, release, and track & monitor phase. The completion of the phases would
be based for the development of the final deliverable for the project. The phases has been
explained below,
i. Requirements: It is the first phase of the agile methodology that helps in
realizing the requirements for the development of the project and completion of
the activities. The phase involves the activities of analysis of requirements,
initiation documentation, and charter documents for the project of
“Implementation of Teaching and Learning System in High Quality Institute”.
ii. Plan: It is the second phase of the agile methodology that helps in realizing the
planning requirements for the development of the project schedule plan from the
activities. The phase involves the activities of outline of plan, activity scheduling,
and complete planning for the project of “Implementation of Teaching and
Learning System in High Quality Institute”.
iii. Design: It is the third phase of the agile methodology that helps in realizing the
design requirements for the development of the TLS, PLS, and ULS integrated
system. The phase involves the activities of design outline, design review,
complete design development, and design simulation for the project of
“Implementation of Teaching and Learning System in High Quality Institute”.
iv. Develop: It is the fourth phase of the agile methodology that helps in executing
the activities of the project and forming the reciprocal development of the final
project plan. The phase involves the activities of IT infrastructure development,
server development and network device installation, switches and routers are

installed, software development for ULS and PLS, testing procedure
development, and database system is developed for the project of
“Implementation of Teaching and Learning System in High Quality Institute”.
v. Release: It is the fifth phase of the agile methodology that helps in implementing
the systems (TLS, PLS, and ULS) for the High Quality Institute. The phase
involves the activities of registration system is developed, tracking system is
formed, bug and error is reviewed, and final system development for the project
of “Implementation of Teaching and Learning System in High Quality Institute”.
vi. Track and Monitor: It is the last phase of the agile methodology that helps in
realizing whether the activities of the project are executed successfully for
defining the completion of the project. The phase involves the activities of
monitoring system is developed, review of processes, and tracking function
development for the project of “Implementation of Teaching and Learning System
in High Quality Institute”.
