1REFLECTION ON TEACHING PERIOD
The teaching experience is one of the best ways to grow in life, and have a varied
perspectives, I believe. The teaching experience enable one to address various roles one can
possess, and at the same time, increases the tolerance and patience level into one. The
experience of teaching and the role of an educator develop the personality of oneself. I had
been involved in the teaching job for past five years now, and I have realised the character
growth and development in me. The teaching experiences have provided me with new
knowledge about myself, new perspectives, and new orientations. Currently, I am working a
at a renowned school of Australia, and working here, has not only provided me new
knowledge not only regarding my position or my job, but rather, it has also provided me with
the idea, of how an organization works, and also about the various ways schools and
educational organizations change the society or at least try to better the society. Recently, my
school had taken an endeavour to reach out to the aboriginals children and we had conducted
a three weeks educational program, to understand their orientation, and their position, and
also about their cultural aspects, and tried to gain a perspective of the aboriginal educational
system from there. The details of the plan and my experience, have been explained in the
following.
Objectives and Deliverables of the Team:
The main motto of the educational plan was to initiate an inclusion program among the
indigenous population of the country. Therefore the goals of the program were essentially to,
Improve the quality, as well as the quantity of the collected data regarding the
indigenous population of the country.
Enhancing the participation of the children into the inclusion in the program.
Ensuring that the inclusion plan that has been included reaches to the core of the
society.

Developing the principles of cultural inclusion as well, in order to gain perspectives
about the indigenous culture, and further developing ideas to align their cultural
understanding into the educational plan.
Understanding the employment opportunities for the aboriginal people, in order to
develop the curriculum planning for the same.
Action Plan:
To conduct the research we had created four groups. Each team was divided with two
to three members, and there was four teams. We had conducted a detailed research ion the
competitive forces and conducted a detailed analysis on the factors that affect or impact the
teaching process. While conducting the research we observed that the external environmental
factors impact upon the teaching attributes and the teaching process, and the educator must
include external attributes, like, the classroom atmosphere, time, space, and the pressure
related to the curriculum and modify their teaching style according to these factors. In this
notion the competitive forces, that, influence upon the teaching processes were also analysed.
The determinants of competitive rivalry, the treat of substitution and the threat of the new
entry have potential impact on the profession. Thus, through the analysis of the competitive
forces and competitive advantages the scope of the teaching process was understood, and the
environmental trends and factors had provided an understanding related to the background of
the teaching was also understood.
Contribution to the Team and Personal Development Feedback:
Since I was the lead teacher in the whole educational planning, therefore, I was
assigned with many responsibilities. I had to take the role of main communication planner.
The planning of curriculum and the process of communication was planned by me. I had to
plan for the team meetings and also had to assign the roles and responsibilities for everyone.

3REFLECTION ON TEACHING PERIOD
The curriculum planning was the essential task that I had to undertake since I was the lead
teacher in this project, therefore, I had to commute to both the management and the
indigenous expert. Also, while conducting the educational project among the indigenous
students, I had to monitor the behaviour and the understanding of the students, as well as of
the teachers. At the same time, I had to ensure that the educational procedure was run
smoothly.
The Experience if Giving Feedback and Learning from the Feedback:
The success of the educational procedure was determined by the feedback process at
the end of the educational program. The feedback process was a both way process, as it was
supposed to be shown to the management and the public bodies, who had funded the whole
program. The student were asked to provide their feedbacks on us and on the whole
curriculum plan, and it had helped my organization for future planning regarding the
inclusion of the indigenous students into the teaching process.
We had provided a feedback on the students as well, which was shown to the
management of my organization. It was needed in order to understand the cognition power
and the skills of the students. Also, the feedback process had helped in the further
development of the curriculum plan.
