Philosophy regarding Teaching Method
Learning is a lifelong process that can be reflected in my curriculum. This is being
recognized on my side that children learning in the later year are dependent on the learning
disposition as well as knowledge development and skills, which is the foundation for their
growth. It is being believed by me that if anyone wants to support the children so that they
can reach their full potential is dependent on the solid foundation as well as the provision in
the environment of their learning. I also believe that children can develop their learning
process with the help of playing games. This allows them to discover as well as take risks in
the process and also develop their interactive ability during the process, which is essential for
them to grow in their career. This builds the strength as well as the interest of the children to
learn new things and to grow in the process. The social and cultural life of the children should
be enhanced with the help of the personal knowledge of literacy. This is also a learning
process that can be obtained from the parents as well as children and the community.
Introduction
The children require time as well as space so that they can explore along with that can
experience so that they can solve the problem as well as can engage themselves in the
creative thinking process, which is essential for their growth in the process. Early learning
framework enables the child to think critically as well as engage themselves in a creative

comprehend the process and develop them accordingly. In the early childhood, the teacher

Vygotsky’s theory mainly influences the teachers regarding the learning process of
the children, which is essential for them to achieve success in the process and can support

The teacher needs to interact with the children, which will help them to achieve the success in
the process and help them to plan according to which is a vital aspect as children possess
different learning style and that need to be identified in the process so that the growth can be
productive in the process. Vygotsky in his theory have given importance to the group
discussion or interaction and in the plan at around 8:50 a.m., all the children possess a group
interaction plan which is essential for the growth of the children in the process so that they
can grow in their life.
At around 9:40 a.m., the program possesses learning new things which is essential for
the growth of the children in their career as they require to learn new things. This is being
done which will enable the teacher to understand the growth process of the children by
observing them. This is essential for them to understand so that they can grow in their career
by providing them with proper guidance in early childhood, which is important for them to
understand in the process.
It can be noticed that more children are interacting when they are playing with each
other which is important for them in the growth process and that is the main reason for the
educator plays with the children at around 10:30 a.m., so that there can be interaction which
can happen between them, which is important for the growth of the children in the future.
This will also enable the children to understand how they can work together in a group which
is essential for them to understand in their growth process and help them to achieve greater
heights in the future.

4MANAGEMENT
As per the Piaget theories it can be understood that there are different learning age
group for the student which help them to achieve the success and that need to be taken care of
so that they children can grow in the market and can achieve the success in the process. This
is essential for the children as well as for the teacher so that they can frame the program
accordingly. The children should be provided with the chance so that they can develop their
own skills to interact or talk to the other and also along with the different activities, which is
essential for them to understand so that they can grow in their career as communication plays
a vital role in the process and enable them to achieve the success in the process. It is
important that the educator should allow the children to develop the skill set on their own as
they need to proceed in the future of their own so it is a vital aspects that need to look after by
the teacher and help them to achieve the success in the near future.
Conclusion
In the end, it can be said that the program that are design are very thoughtful and
enable the children to grow in their career and develop skills and providing them with the
learning opportunities so that they can become success in their life. This needs to be look
after from the early childhood and that is the sole reason the planning as well as evaluation
and other things are essential for the children so that they can achieve the success in the
process and help them to become successful in their career. I have observed one thing that
every child should be provided with the opportunity so that they can develop their career and
