activities they will see in running, the students will adopt those
acts in life. Therefore, being a teacher is related to work with
utmost integrity and behave in a respectful manner. This
shows that, a teacher is presenting their behaviour in the
valuable context which will influence on others. The way they
will resect to others, the more students will grasp this attitude
and enable these values within themselves. In own area of
specialisation, behaving in right manner and addressing
student problems is the main duty of teacher.

Learners are the most important priorities of the teachers as
their needs must be fulfil related to any doubts and classroom
activities. They have right to ask clearly what problems they
are facing and what activities are not suitable for them. So
that, there are a lot of opportunities which needs to create for
learners to meet with the demands of individuals and provide
feedbacks. These opportunities in relation to make them
understand that the teachers are helping and coping up with
their learning practices. Encourage students to ask question.
The much they will ask question, the more they will be
addressing doubts clearly. In accounting, there is need to take
short group session or extra classes so that the learners will be
able to clear their doubts while solving practical question.
Therefore, it has ascertained that using clear language, make
wise choices, ensure that feedback is valuable.
