The report aims to prepare knowledge, aims and understanding about the teaching in own
area of specialisation. Teaching is necessary and a continuous part of an individual life. It leads
to encourage and enhance personal and professional development within a person. Teaching is
crucial in order to develop own self and boost knowledge. Therefore, a teacher plays vital role in
every field. They understand the capabilities and skills of students and take necessary actions to
create development. This report is going to analyse and explain the aims, issues, structure,
qualifications and the importance of learning programmes also its effectiveness in own area of
teaching which is Sports-physical education (Alt, 2018). Also, the report will going to discuss
own approaches for planning and programmes and how it helps in resolving curriculum issues.
There will be discussion about the resources used by sport teacher to provide best learning. At
last, self reflection on the strength and improvements will also be provided in the report.

self development of an individual. Teachers ascertain some aims and objectives which they
achieve through providing knowledge in their field of specialisation. Therefore, as being a sports
teacher, the main aim is to provide education to be physically fit and remain healthy. Students
are lead through with many day to day activities which require healthy diet plans, knowledge
about good postures and exercises, develop characters and develop knowledge about sports.
Also, as a sports teacher, there is need for providing knowledge about physical equipments and
make students indulge in various training and sports activities so that, they will remain active and
adopt good habits in their life. My own aim from education and training is to develop new
knowledge among students. My aim is to make them fit in all aspects and take proper decision
about their own health and fitness.
